Guaros Street Food — Restaurant in Franklin Township

Their service is AWFUL. They ask you to text them through WhatsApp to place an order but never respond. I texted them from THREE DIFFERENT phone numbers asking for a menu so I could place my order and never got a response. Had to call and ask again over the phone, they told me it would be ready in 15 mins but had to wait almost an hour for them to give me the wrong order and also charged extra for the sauces. When I tried to call back to let her know she just hung up, like it was some sort of charity, when I actually PAID for it. Food is okay, definitely not worth the price or having to deal with their nasty staff. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone that wants to try our street food or get to know the culture of Venezuela, even if it was the only place selling this food, which IS NOT. Food had to much salt ….. I had to force it down it . I got a mix of meat on top of butterflied bread drenched with a ketchup sauce. Beef was fatty chicken was over salted and the pork was over salted . French fries were decent but it’s kinda hard to mess up French fries . Very dissapointed especially at the price point . Girls who take your order just ignore you, and it feels like you're bothering them by attending you and doing their job.

Prices displayed on the Menu don't match what they charge you at the end, this is False Advertisement, and Bait and Switch in Ohio Deceptive Trade Practices Laws.
