Unfortunately this location messes up orders all the time most of the time there are small simple orders so you let it ride with the fact that they always complain about being short of staff but how many times can you accept that when you're paying good money for your food? Just like tonight when I place the pre-time order when I got there I'm a pizza wasn't done so went shopping at the dollar store next door come back and get my pizza when we leave as we're headed home my son opens the box to grab him a piece out it's not even the pizza we ordered we ordered a super supreme this was a cheese pizza so go back and then answer tries to tell us that that was what was on the ticket that we know ordered online okay so I go online and I look and they're obviously was a system failure or something on their computer which ain't her fault that has a manager and the order was placed and it was a free time to order you have plenty of time to call to ask like this pizza don't make no sense like you're ordering just crust and sauce is this really how you watch Pizza instead of her calling just to double-check if this is what it is she took it upon herself to then turn this crust and sauce pizza into a cheese pizza and then says that's what we pay for so if she went by the order slip from the computer online order by her ad in the cheese she messed my pizza up however that wasn't the case I don't know why I would pay for a super supreme pizza and then remove all toppings including cheese now again she could have called the double check but she didn't and again if the order form was right she messed it up by adding cheese if I really just want it again crust and sauce so because of this I had to wait for her to remake our pizza meanwhile our wings get cold when we get home the pizza crust is wrong like ice cold enough obviously and now the wings are ice cold you call customer care and they can't do anything but report it to you upper management and expect you to wait three business days for somebody to contact you back like this is getting to be ridiculous and today's Times money is very short for all common people so if you got a lot going on and you have to order out you do expect to get it right a little mistake fine but this is this ridiculous and it's becoming often and often and often at this location however over the last two and a half years this is the only location I've used because it's the closest to me so I don't know if it's in particular this location or just Pizza Hut itself I know I had issues at the Pizza Hut on the west side of Columbus on Harrisburg Pike this one's located on Cleveland so again I would advise you not to eat there unless you want a simple mistake in your order which you know we all accept and it's fine we're human we make simple mistakes but if for it to keep repeating each time you order there and there will be an excuse every time to the point to where eventually your smallest mess ups in your order become huge ones and then there's nobody there to handle it and you have to wait 72 hours for a call back to get it handled I give this place Pizza Hut not only the location but Pizza itself because how customer care handles or can't handle their situations three thumbs down four thumbs down and since I was feeding four people tonight I'll go ahead and give him eight thumbs down ! Read moreIt has been almost three hours since I ordered my pizza and it still hasn't arrived. We've tried calling the location multiple times. The first time we called it sounded like someone answered and just left the phone off of the hook. The next few times there was a loud tone and no answer at all. Our bank account has been charged. The delivery tracker never left "we're making your order." Estimated delivery time was 30-40 minutes. This is the third time this has happened with this location. The first time the delivery driver just quit with our pizza in their car and no one bothered calling us. Two hours later we called and were informed that the driver quit and they could make us another if we came to pick it up. The second time after I ordered the estimated arrival time was four hours. I tried to call and cancel my order since it would be about 2am before I'd receive my order but the store wasn't accepting phone calls. I called customer service and was advised to just not accept the order. Once the pizza arrived I dealt with an extremely rude and angry delivery driver who angrily told me to keep my money when I offered to still tip him for his time. After that I decided to just not order from pizza hut anymore and drove all the way to dominos, which is a fifteen minute drive from my house. I figured an entire year had passed and I was desperate for delivery since I'm home sick and this happens a third time now. I won't be ordering pizza hut again. I could've driven five minutes to little caesars, paid half the price and had my pizza two hours ago. Now all nearby places are closed so I'm stuck without food at all. Extremely frustrating. Read moreI WISH I WOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS FIRST!! And I wish 0 stars was an option. I ordered a pizza at 8:45pm, and it said it was expected to deliver in 25-35 minutes. I click the little tracker thing to track my order and it says they’re making it. An hour and a half goes by, still nothing at 10:20. I call the location and they say they don’t have any delivery drivers, are really busy and that they canceled my order, and that someone had “probably already tried to call me.” No one tried to call me, I was with my phone the whole time waiting for this pizza! They said the transaction should be voided within a couple days but I don’t trust that. After all that I was committed to the idea of getting pizza and ended up ordering carryout from a different one. Just wish I would have been eating at 8pm instead of 11pm, and that I didn’t waste 2 hours waiting for a pizza that would never come. The icing on the cake is, the first location called me back after 11pm and left a voicemail asking if I’m going to pick up my pizza. What pizza??!! I ordered delivery and you said it was canceled because you don’t have a driver?! Absurd. I almost want to get a Yelp account just to join the band of other people who have had similar experiences.
