5 STAR Warning running a scam with credit cards and debit cards. While paying for my order My card was locked and the notification was sent while he had my debit card still. I get the notification before he comes back to the window it was for an escort site I will attach photo! I look at the app. trying to figure out why my card was not working. Telling people they have no coins to give change they’re taking cash orders and not reporting it in the cash register therefore they cannot give you coins. Then first the card machine was down and then all the sudden it was possible for him to try. And the last one and a half months I have went there three times after 9 PM only to have the same thing happened with one scam or the other. This is the first time I got the trifecta. They locked my card and then this guy at the window tells me well I don’t wanna run it again I’m afraid to lock your card now looking back that was very suspicious he knew he had locked my card before I discovered it. I’m very familiar with POS machines it’s not possible to lock somebody’s card just by trying to pay for their purchase but not only did lock my card it locked my whole account guess I should’ve got gas before I got Taco Bell!

However, my visit was significantly marred by an encounter with two employees who refused to provide their names.
From the outset, their behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. Their rudeness and dismissive attitude created an uncomfortable and frankly hostile environment. This lack of hospitality deeply concerned me, especially given my intention to order food for my daughter. Their demeanor demonstrated a complete disregard for basic customer service standards, leaving me with serious doubts about their ability to maintain proper hygiene and food safety protocols.

Read moreHorrible night staff. I try to come through here about once a week because it is the only Taco Bell in our area and they always make mistakes. One time they told me I'd have to go back around to get the chicken item I wanted because they were out of chicken. So I went back around and then they told me they no longer had chicken and I have to wait till next week for the next shipment. They were lying and screwing with me which seems to happen pretty often. Tonight I went through the drive-through and after having my order repeated back correctly I got to the window and the order was wrong. They refuse to add the items they were missing and did not correct the situation in anyway. They instead told us to go back around through the line which it taking about 25 minutes and order the items again. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The night staff at this Taco Bell does not care about his customers and makes no effort to do it's job.
