Well I am giving my rating based on multiple trips nit just my last time there because usually the drive thru line is quick, painless and stress free. Unfortunately last time I was there, there was a small fender bender in front of us and the 2 parties involved refused to are the issue to the parking lot. Instead they blocked the driveway which caused the line to stand still. Finally after about 7 minutes of not being able to move staff came out to help elevate the situation. Personally I think they should have came to check on it sooner considering they knew there was an issue blocking their other customers from being able to move forward and place an order. But then finally after that the line moved swiftly and without obstacles. Also all the visits I have made to this store I have always received what I ordered. Only one or two times was my order wrong so that is why I rated more positively. If you want a shake go some place else as they are nothing to brag about, but then again they are a burger joint so what am I complaining about? Read moreI came Wednesday Feb 14, around 7:45ishpm. the lady who has short white/gray hair is so rude. Fire her . And there is other one who said she worked there for 14 years and she was so rude as while.... both of them worst customer service. Both need to get fire. I been very nice to them. They both gave me Attitudes. I'm a loyal customer and very nice and never disrespected anyone. I dont like complaing but today was the day they really make me Uncomfortable and upset.. Very disappointing with them. Please get someone who respects their customers. Also when did you guys start charging for sauce??? I been coming to you guys for 5 years . I never had a problem You guys are the closest to me I want to see this Policy, the lady who said she been working for 14 years said Main Manager/ Corporate said we have to charge for extra sauce would like to know when???!!! Because I never got charge for extra sauces .
