Wild Bill's Tobacco — Local services in Comstock Charter Township

I wanted to write this review for the Gull Road location ONLY...they have a great selection of cigars and the humidor is kept at a really nice 70% RH, the smokes are ready to go right when you get home.

I recently went to the West Main location where I had a not so good experience, came home with cigars that were almost un-salvageable, brought them to the gull road location and spoke to the manager (who was super nice and understanding) she called the owner who admitted that the West Main location had some humidifier issues in the previous weeks and had the manager give me my full money back on the smokes I purchased at the separate location and was more than willing to replace them. She even offered to bring in a box of cigars that I was inquiring about even though I only wanted a few! This is the kind of customer service that is going to keep me coming back. I only wish more of their employees were half as nice and knowledgeable as her! She was a pleasure to work...

I just left this wild bills and must say im very displeased. I came in looking for a recycler banger which this particular location did not have however another location down the road did. The store associate suggested a different item assuring me it was a much better piece ( just trying to get the sale im sure ). The associate continued to tell me how this piece would be better for my application and after some time i ended up purchasing the blender banger that he had suggested and also purchased a new rig. I then got home ( 20 minutes ago ) put it all together heated it up put my marble on top and it instantly broke i havent even gotten to use the thing and it is broken what a shame especially since it wasnt the one i originally wanted and was talked into buying it just so the sale wouldnt go to a different store i will not be returning to any wild bills in the future and will be advising everyone to...

My tank glass broke. I had been to multiple locations to try and get a replacement. It’s apparently on back order. Part of my tank appeared to be affixed to my vape, so a new tank wasn’t an option, or this is what I was told at a different Wild Bills. I explained the situation to a very nice guy (I wish I had gotten his name but I didn’t). He has a nose ring. He asked if he could try and remove the tank piece I was told (and thought) was permanently affixed. Within less than 3 minutes, he had it removed so I could buy a new tank and solving a problem that seemed unsolvable. He took the time to listen and solve the problem so my vape would again work.
