SEPHORA — Local services in Concord Township

We visited this store on Monday, September 2nd, and T Nzee went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. We drove from Delaware to this location, even though there’s a Sephora just 10 minutes away from us. This location is worth the drive and the extra tax because of how friendly and sweet the associates are.

My sister-in-law and I went to purchase the Huda Beauty foundation, which launched today, and thankfully, this location had both the foundation and primer in stock. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the employees, and T Nzee quickly asked if we needed assistance. She was amazing—she did a color match for us using a device to find the correct shade, but she also considered the shades I thought I might be and swatched both. She took her time ensuring I had everything I needed before moving on to assist my sister-in-law.

T was attentive, making sure we were happy without rushing us. She truly cared about making a connection during the process. She also went above and beyond by recommending additional products, like a concealer that would pair well with the foundation, and matched it based on the look I prefer—whether a bright under-eye or a more natural look. She even introduced us to the Tower28 brand, which we hadn’t heard of before. After listening to our skin concerns, we ended up purchasing not just the foundation but also additional items from Tower28.

2025 update: used to be a great store but now there's new staff. Not great customer service. Went home and ordered on line. Saved $12 with promos and found that I had enough rewards for a discount and free shipping. Staff in the store did not tell me that I could save $ using my reward points. I also got free samples when I ordered on line. There's no reason for me to go back to the store when it's a better deal on line and I won't have to encounter staff that may or may...

I gave this store 1 star due to the lack of help while shopping. When entering the store I was NEVER greeted ! There was a time when I was trying to get a employee to help me find a product, but I noticed once employees noticed . They would rush over to another customer ( typically non-black) to help even if the customer didn’t show any interest in being helped. Due to this simple fact I walked out empty handed.
