We got our right size socket and went to check out and the older man who was checking us out, rudely told us that it was the wrong socket and size then took us to a more expensive one and told us an irrelevant story. We tried to tell him we did not need the expensive one or that size. We just wanted the 4.99 socket. After trying to tell the man we gave up and just bought expensive one. He was still rude and had a horrible attitude. Before we left, a customer came in asking if someone could check his battery and the cashier(same man that check us out) replied to the customer in a nasty way "Uh, Ya" as if he was sarcastic. I never had a problem before until this man. I don't know what his problem was towards us but it was uncalled for his rudeness. We all have bad days, just don't take it out on customers. Makes it seem bad...

My fiancee and I ran into car troubles on our way from Atlanta to Delaware. The guys that worked at night on Thursday 12.07 are AMAZING!!! After having waited for 2 hours for roadside, they did everything in their power to help us out. There wasn't much that they could do as the problem was my alternator but they explained everything in a way that we could understand it. They knew we still had an 8 hour trip ahead of us once we did get this fixed, so they referred us to Charlies which opened at 6 am the next morning. They even offered us ride to a nearby hotel (as we were just riding through) and let us leave our car in their lot until we could get another tow truck in the morning. Poor and Bad costumer service. They told me they put 3 parts on hold an didn’t then made me wait 30 mins for them to come back with 2 parts so they lied about having one part then I had to drive all the way to China grove I recommend China grove auto parts even if it’s a drive it’s worth it the guy the the concord parkway auto zone walked away from me because I was upset that I was told over the phone was there. An all I said is can u check again?? That’s crazy. He walks away an said next costumer an let 4 people in front of me so I left. If you want good service don’t shop here! After today never again didn’t even ask me if I wanted the 2 parts they had why would you want to pay someone like that??? I’m warning you. Go somewhere...
