Visited here 3 different times to check out inventory changes for a sectional. The grumpy guy who's there all the time, is very rude, seems bothered and annoyed, lies and tells you there are no such thing as bigger couches than what he has, rushes you into purchasing, couches aren't clean when you really look at them. Not welcoming, or inviting energy at all. Ended up changing my mind and walking out. Lady is...

Let me start off by saying wow this place was an excellent value, plus the great customer service. I was looking at Rooms to go & Ashley furniture for a dinning room set, bit of the were over priced and you get less. Not only did BigGoods have a better price they also had a great selection to choose from. They even offer great financing if you would like...

We absolutely love Tina! We were at big lots looking for a couch and a lady there recommended BigGoods and to go see Tina! I promise you Tina did not disappoint us and helped us pick out the best sectional couch and tv stand with fireplace! We would highly recommend going there and ask for TINA!
