I didn't want to rate at all but it's the only way I could comment...Tonight at around 9-9:45 i went thru ur drive thru where Walter was the cashier and also greeter at speaker.It looks to me Walter was a manager wearing a colorful checkered shirt. He was very rude and sarcastic for no reason. They got my triple crunchwrap wrong I didn't want sour cream. It was no big deal I just went back thru to get it fixed. When I go back thru I explained to Walter how it suppose to be made. I told him I didn't want the crunch in the middle he replies that's what makes the wrap we don't do that and slams the window. They remake the crunchwrap and give it to me rolled up I let him know I wanted it in a figure wight like the rest of em.......He said I told u we don't do that..I explained to him I used to work at taco Bell as an m.i.t so I know u can.I hand him back the roll and he says to me"This is what we like to do all day waste good"š©š¤š®what did u just say to a customer who is spending their money. Wow ....I told him i wanted a refund. Walter says we don't give refunds to people who have already eating their food.What?..Granted I know Taco bell dont like doing refunds after his nasty behavior i no longer wanted anything from them. I ordered the new box and a cheesy roll.Had already ate pm everything but the crunchwrap. I told Walter just give me refund for crunchwrap.He goes in his pocket and hands me fuve dollars and says heres your refundš±š¤¦ I said no sir i need a receipt for my refund. He goes on front counter rings me up for a crunchwrap and hands me money that was never refunded.I toom picture of false refund receipt he gave me...He never refunded it....WOW..Worst customer service ever. Even the first time I came thru he didn't greet me at the window wasn't smiling or nothing. Maybe he was having a rough night however he shouldn't take it out on the customer.Im a manager at McDonald's I know how stressful it can get in fast food but I always make sure my customers leave happy bc they shouldn't have to suffer bc of the stress of the job.....I knew it was stressful when I got the job. How in the world I he a manager?...I will never eat here again. I'm so upset with this if he is there when I come back to see I will be getting in touch with corporate...He doesn't deserve to be in customer service that is ridiculous and very unprofessional.Something has to be done.I will be back up there to check and see if something is done...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo I went in here to get some nachos. Nacho bellgrande to be exact and got extra meat and sour cream. It looks the same as if I didn't order any extras. So I asked the only blonde white girl in the whole place and she gave me an attitude and was a smartass so she went and put a pound of meat on my nachos in one squirt of sour cream. So I spoke to the manager and asked her what I was supposed to do about this. And of course I had to remake it because people just can't deal with customers and some people have to be hidden and she should stay hidden. Because she will get into a lot of trouble one day. She will mess with the wrong lady or man. I promise. If you really do not like your job get a new one. Stop making everybody else around you miserable because that's how you live your life. Even though everybody else in the place was nice other than her. I will never go back to this location I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to go to the other one. So I'm treated like a human instead of a nuisance. You work for people. You work within customer service and you suck at it. You need to be hidden. And never brought out to deal with another customer. And then two old men we're standing there waiting for somebody to take their order for over 15 minutes because they don't understand the kiosk. Not everybody's up-to-date on the time. In they shouldn't have to be. Should be just doing your job instead of giving...

My mom normally orders from this place, and every time she orders, sheās always missing something, but I normally donāt believe that because itās hard to believe anyway, but I went in and picked up an order for my mom at the drive thru, except when I pulled up to the window, they told me to pull to a parking spot. I was ok with that because I thought they needed to drop fresh fries and potatoes(we ordered nacho fries and cheesy fiesta potatoes). However, mind you I was the only person at the drive thru, and there was hardly anybody at the lobby, but anyway. Then finally I got my order(8 item order btw, not hard to do), and I didnāt mind the waiting, but what shocks me was that I was missing the cheesy fiesta potatoes and my fries were cold. Also the portions seemed sad on the loaded beef nachos and the burritos, Iām not sure how you can not be busy, yet you pull a car to the parking lot and still missing items and not having fresh items. And if I sound a little too know-it-all, Iām a manager at a Taco Bell store, so I know how these things work, and Iām letting you guys know, that was very disappointing, I would have handled it...
