I recently order from restaurant with my partner and we was very disspointed with almost all food we reicived. Here my breakdown of each food I got:

Ginger Dressing: The ginger dressing for the side salad was a major letdown. It was overly chunky and lacked in flavor deparment. It felt like I was just eating a blend of carrots. Not the delightful experience I was expecting.

Spider Roll Sushi: The spider roll was quite disappointing. The tempura shrimp was burnt, giving the entire roll not good charred flavor. Additionally, the lettuce in the roll it made it less enjoyable.

Chicken Hibachi: The hibachi was decent, but my chicken was slightly overcooked. It's a shame that the execution fell short because the potential was there for a great dish.

Gyoza: The only item was good lol

Service: While the waiter was polite to us. Only thing I found off-putting was she brought check before we had finished our meal. (I only ate half my food in this point) It felt like they were rushing me out, which is personal pet peeve because we only one dinning in that resturant at that time

In conclusion, the only item I truly enjoyed was the goza. The hibachi could been good but sadily the rest of the meal left much to be desired, from the disappointing spider roll to the overcooked chicken. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback constructively to improve the quality of their dishes and the overall...

A Rollercoaster Dining Experience—From Delightful to Disastrous!

Let me start by saying—the food? Absolutely phenomenal. My husband and his family have been loyal customers here for quite some time, and for good reason. Every bite was a delight, and we were ready for another fantastic meal.

But then… enter our server.

I have eaten at countless restaurants in my lifetime, but never—NEVER—have I encountered someone so astonishingly rude. From the moment she approached our table, her attitude was dripping with unprovoked hostility. We were nothing but polite, yet she treated us as if we were a burden she couldn’t wait to be rid of.

It was unbelievable. It was unnecessary. And quite frankly, it was unacceptable.

Despite this, we will return because the food is just that good. However, if we see her again? We’ll be politely but firmly requesting a different server. Because great food should never be served with a side...

I ordered hibachi chicken with fried rice and carrots for my husband and two sushi rolls, one a rainbow roll (8 pcs), and a spider roll (5 pcs). The Hibachi chicken was still hot when the food was delivered, which was good. Not awesome, just good. The rainbow roll did have the assortment of fish was nice, as well as the roll itself. The "spider roll, was ok, but if the "crunchy" parts were supposed to be fried softshell crab, I'd have to see it being prepared to know for sure, because they were in small crunchy pieces. As someone who grew up near rivers and oceans and who had a lot of deep-fried soft shell crabs, I would say these were NOT made with authentic soft shell crabs. However, both rolls were tasty and good. The only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is because I believe the sushi rolls were pre-made, like 8-24 hrs in advance, and the soft shell crab was questionable as being authentic ss...

We had sushi, miso soup, and the chicken katsu. The sushi was really good and you could taste the rice vinegar used to make the rice extra sticky. This made it extra delicious and is really rare to find. I highly recommend the torched salmon nigiri that was my favorite. The sushi presentation was also great. My wife enjoyed the chicken katsu which was a huge portion for only $12, more than enough for leftovers and very much appreciated! The miso soup had a bit of a fish paste? Taste at the bottom of the bowl which was a bit weird. Overall the restaurant is a hole in the wall but it’s really good. We will definitely be going back and it will probably become our go to Japanese restaurant in the area.
