This one star review is for the store manager. Every bud tender that’s ever helped me in the years I have been shopping here has always been kind, friendly, and attentive (especially Michael!). I know them and they know me. I guess this was the first time that the manager, Alizay (I don’t know if I’m spelling that right but I don’t care, which is the same level of respect she showed me today) was working when I came in to shop.

There was someone in front of me having issues checking in and it was taking the security guard longer than normal to check them in. In the past (as in this month and before), someone would always come out to the lobby area and check me in, which takes 3 seconds when there are no issues. The manager walked back to the lobby area and I asked her if her or someone else could just check me in real quick—I’m a regular here and have spent a lot of money, so I didn’t think I was asking too much of her to just scan my ID. When I asked her (politely) however, she was immediately dismissive and condescending, talking down to me about how “they check someone in and then it will be your turn, that’s how it works”. She was not even trying to listen to me when I tried to explain that I wasn’t just trying to jump the line. I wouldn’t have held the other customer up at all as there were four bud tenders working at the time and nobody else was in line.

This has literally been my first even remotely negative experience at this location, and of all ppl it was the manager who spoiled it. Please do not let this person interact with customers. I don’t care if she’s stressed from having to manage two stores—that’s no excuse to take it out on a loyal customer. I’ll keep coming back for the bud tenders and the good value, but that manager should stay faaarrrr away from the sales floor...

I love Coco Farms! This one is literally right around the block from my work place so it makes it really convenient when its time to restock. My only gripe is that I am an avid cartridge smoker and my favorite brand is Ole 4 Fingers but of late I really have been basing my decision on the type of tip the vape has! I prefer the round circular tip Vs. the flat tips most carts have. The circular ones are overall better. Less issues with clogging of the cart and just a better experience overall. I have provided my feed back to all the awesome tenders that help me and they assure me that I am not the only patron who feels this way. The only problem is that I think it is above their pay grade! I feel like my feedback, along with other patrons feedback gets lost along the chain of command. So this message is for the ones who order inventory and have a direct line of contact with the manufacturers! We want the cartridge tips with circular TIPS!

Also I am also an avid way smoker, you guys should have a recycling program for our wax jars. Just a thought…. I always save mine thinking i may use them for something else but I never do and I always just end up throwing them out when it becomes too much.

Update: I still love them and still a regular! Whatever issues that were going on with the cart tips seem to have been resolved! Even with the flat tips… I almost prefer the flat tips now! I appreciate y’all for listening to your clients!...
