You can NOT make returns here. Make sure you take measurements and do all the things to secure you are purchasing the right thing. I was told returns could only be made for online purchases and that in store purchases you could not return.
Here's my story- I purchased this $2k bed frame from Ashley in store 4 or so months ago. I spent hours in the store purchasing various items and asking lots of questions to confirm that my already owned adjustable bed would fit within the modeled frame that was in the store.
This was my first time buying a frame for an adjustable mattress so logistically I wasn't sure of the details of how it would work. I was assured by my sales guy and his sales partner that I could use an adjustable mattress with this bed frame , which is partially true you can but it looks like the picture I've attached.
What they didn't tell me is that I was purchasing a platform frame that would require the adjustable base to sit on top of a platform making it ridiculously high. So high that I need a step to get onto my bed.
What's even more disturbing is that I have a toddler and a new baby on the way that can no longer co sleep with me because of how dangerous this setup is for kids. I fear if they fall off the bed they would really hurt themselves
On the day of delivery Ashley wouldn't remove the item from my home after setup and claimed they would bring out a tech. Then the tech calls and says thereās nothing she can do to fix it so no need to come out and to call customer service.I called customer service several times after that and they all told me in different ways that they will get back to me but never did.
l've even spoken with the store manager who claimed he sent an email to Ashley asking for a solution and he never got back to me.
Honestly the whole thing feels like Iāve been scammed and not the type of experience I would expect from a brand like Ashley. Now I'm stuck with a 2k bed that is a hazard and looks a hot mess.
I finally just gave up on calling because no one was willing to help, but tonight as l use a step to get on and off my bed at 8 months pregnant with joint pain I'm reminded of how ASHLEY left me and that this review has been...

The manager of concord store & area managers are totally useless. They said that they will credit me for my shipping price $250 & $500 for my trouble of staying home & NO delivery happened. There is a problem with TWO island chairs that doesn't swirl & a technician came & said that a piece underneath has to be changed. 3 days ago I received the piece (only one) NO information for who has to come & fix it. Many times I left a message for the area manager & he NEVER returned my call. I can write a book about the the problems I faced with Ashley's furniture. So far I have sent two family members , 3 friends & 2 patients to other furniture stores. As of today June 1st 2020 I have two broken island chairs & no money has been credited to my account as one manager & one area manager promised me to do . I have lost so much business due to inaccurate delivery dates & canceling that that I can't put any price on it. I will NEVER EVER buy any furniture from Ashley's furniture & say if you are interested to go through many many headaches & aggravation then you choose to go to Ashley's furniture. The issue at hand is the employees in customer service representative JOHN and manager NEISHYL. First off John is completely responsible for my reactions toward the company. During this time he has lied about the order, spoke negative about his coworkers at the Ashley Store. I was totally disrespected during this interaction. I spoke with the manager neishyl and she apologized profusely. She looked into the issue at hand and gave me clear and concise information about my order. I felt great after and under the impression that everything would work out. Since ordering and speaking to both Iāve had two failed deliveries with no communication in between. The only conversation that was had was a text message confirming my delivery which I confirmed and would be delivered June 8 which failed. The other delivery date was June 14 which also failed. I missed work due to the fact that representatives told me I had to be home to sign for the package. I called today June 15 and NEISHYL kept making excuses being a manager is unacceptable. She offered no remedy and told me it was rescheduled for delivery on June 17 but that was āsubject to changeā This was totally UNACCEPTABLE and DISRESPECTFUL, wasting my time and losing out on money.
