Becareful with this place, customer service is terrible. I went there looking for a circuit breaker for my house, and the man was helping me that day proceed to order the circuit breaker, and he said to me that it will be just a minute, five minutes later he told me that it's going to be a while because his phone is not working, so I said to myself well I guess I will be spending another hour or so. Finally he came to me and said they don't have the items in stocks, he is going to order the circuit breaker. So I told him he can go ahead and order the product. Before I left he asked me to pay for the product so I did, I paid thirty plus dollars for it,and he told me when the product arrived in the next business day, they will call me, they never call so I call them in the next day, and I they told me they got it. So my wife went to pick it up and paid the shipping fee of eight dollars and some cents. When I got home I immediately looked at the item I was shocked to see the circuit breaker is being used, I immediately called them and the guy answered the phone told me that they don't sell used stuff. So I went there to talk to them I arrived the young man called me up to the counter and I explained and showed him the product is used, I was told again by the young man that they don't sell used stuff but I told him to take a good look at the circuit breaker it's been used, and without saying anything else he proceed to refund my money. My question is that they open the box and see the item is used, do something about it. I'm very disappointed by the company's action.
