My external hard drive was damaged and wouldn't show up when plugged into any of my devices—so I went to Eric's Computers after seeing it on the Better Business Bureau's list of recommendations. I'm very happy with the service I got and the communication was quite friendly, prompt, and professional. It was a long drive to get there, but it paid off! Thanks to Eric's Computers, my once lost data has been transferred over to new and fast drives.

One of the most impressive qualities of this place is that they are able to accommodate for unanticipated mistakes. I had accidentally given them too small of a drive to fit all the original data onto—but they were able to order a new SSD (for a good deal!) on my behalf and worked it out from there.

I just wanted to say how pleased I was with my recent service call from Eric's Computers. I needed to synchronize a new modem/router with my desktop and was amazed with their rapid response. They rearranged Kirk's schedule so he could be out at my place within an hour . Kirk was friendly and knowledgeable and helped tune up the computer and answer my questions. First time customer . I purchased two sticks of ram 32gb total upgrade my Dell 3590 . I watched you tube videos very easy procedure the problem is I'm good at taking things apart but not good at putting back together so why not pay some money make sure its done correctly.
