Here is our bad experience....

Went here to celebrate the first Father's day since my dad's passing. Understandably a rough day but we wanted to celebrate instead of being sad. We put our name in and were told a 5-10 min wait.. seemed reasonable as there were only 2 parties ahead of us.. to put it simply, another family walked in and the hostess mistakenly gave them our table .. I get it, it's a busy day, right? We asked the hostess and she said we were on the list.. so, we waited about 15 more minutes.. more parties were seated.. so my brother asked again and they checked the list and they had crossed our name off already. When we asked after about 20 min of waiting they seated us and threw some chips and a couple menus down and left us sitting for the next 30 minutes. Finally, my step mom hunted someone down to take our order. We waited another 30 minutes. Then noticed that people the party that seated after us were finishing their meals. We asked about our meals. They said it's coming. Waited another 10-15 minutes. We gave up and just left. Thanks for making it a special day. The staff was friendly enough but where was management? Who was supposed to manage this? My step mom asked for a manager but they basically just ignored her. We only had 5 in our party so it wasn't a huge party. I feel bad that we won't be returning. I loved this place but feel so insulted. It was a bad day to start with and now we'll certainly...

Ive always visited this place over the years and after this evening I dont think Ill return.

OVER PRICED AND BAD SERVICE

My issue is that we had a group of 5 friends there. 5 people doesnt meet their qualification for a 7 people or more service fee, so I doubt they were originally told about an upcharge. Then I showed up with 3 other people. Again no mention that now we were over 7 people an additional 18% up charge would be added.

I was there for 30 minutes with this group and a server never approached me or asked to get me anything. I eventually got up and found a server and gave her my order. Then the table asked for water, took more than 20 minutes for water to show up.

It seems obvious to me that since the server knew she was getting an auto 18% she dropped the ball with service.

I didnt notice the built in tip until after I had left cash. I honestly had reservations about leaving a tip at all because the service was non existent. Then because I wasnt made aware in advance of me paying the bill, she was going to charge me 18%, she ended up with a 30% tip for some of the worst service Ive ever had.

$15 dollar mango margarita also didnt seem to have alcohol and tasted bland.

I ended up spending $35 on a margarita and guacamole with chips!

Unless this company makes this right, Ill...

We were here to celebrate our friend's birthday. It was not a full restaurant, so why did we not see our waitress? Our glasses stayed empty, and the potatoes were undercooked. I ordered a quesadilla, and the bottom was soggy.

One of our friends ended up sending a drink back for not tasting right along with the potato cup/wedges. We were made to wait to place our dinner order. Trying to flag down any waitress at this point, then she reappears. I ordered the Flautas dinner, and it was so dry. I debated to send it back for two reasons because we sent back undercooked potatoes and concerned that my food would be tampered with. Let's be real for a minute. You and I both know it is a possibility. My friends ordered the fish, another the nachos. I did like their guacamole. I asked if it was freshly made, and she said. "No." I was disappointed about it, but then that may be a good thing because it was delicious. I could assume it was an off day for them, but maybe it wasn't . I did notice the male waiter was very attentive to his table near us....
