The quality of the product was very good however, I think having to pay a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of the shipping charges not being refundable is extremely ridiculous.

My bill came to like $135 and I only got $94 of my money back I could see a 10% restocking fee plus the shipping charges but 25% restocking fee Is over the top

unfortunately I will not be making any future purchases with Nana’s farmhouse just based on their return policy with the restocking percentage they charge, just wish I would’ve seen this before I place my order I didn’t find out until after I had placed my order and then it was too...

I received my reproduction antique colonial lamp from Nana’s Farmhouse today and I can’t begin to tell you how impressed I am with the quality and craftsmanship! The base of this lamp is solid and weighted, the metal is made to look slightly rusted and to the naked eye, could very easily pass as an original piece that had been recently electrified. Its simple design is very reminiscent of what would have been used by the early settlers. The wax sleeves are tea stained to resemble old dripping candle wax. I ordered a comforter and two valances from this website. I am very pleased with the product and quality however upon opening the package, I was only sent one valance. The products come in plastic packages and they can stick together however there was defintely only one valance sent. After several inquires, I was told their records showed I was sent two and their inventory doesn't reflect a difference and they refused to send me the missing valance.
