If I could give zero stars, I literally would . Theyāre closed is not worth the unprofessionalism and disrespect from the old miserable workers TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! I came yesterday and purchased 3 sets that came up to $95 i asked for the dressing room before i purchased they stated they didnāt have any (i saw rooms in the back it was just like a storage closet ) so i went home tried the outfits on and didnāt like one set so i came back today to return and it was two different ladies Ms hall and Sheneika . When i came i arrived at 9:58am and ms. Hall and sheneika was not there they pulled up at 10:03am and opened the store at 10:05am when the store was suppose to be open at 10am. When i got in there i started looking around for something to exchange and i didnāt find anything so I went to the register to return my items, and once Miss Hale started doing the return who stated she was the manager she accuse me of already wearing the clothes and reattaching the tag back to the outfit and I politely asked her was she OK because I didnāt do any of those things I tried the outfit on and I didnāt like it so Iām returning it. She stated yes she is OK and that this outfit was clearly worn, and the tags was clearly reattached and she shows me where the tags was reattached, but I didnāt do that so I told her to call whoever rung me up because they had to have seen it and when she called, she stated that it was her manager And her manager confirmed that that outfit was returned and worn before and thatās why the tag was reapplied, but they charged me full price for an outfit that was already returned, but was about to tell me I couldnāt return that outfit , so after they confirm that the tag was already like that when I bought it, they proceeded to give me my refund, but stated that I had to get my money back on the card that I use, which was a digital Apple Card and they stated it had to be the physical card and when I read the policy, it said if you use the debit card, you will be returned cash and they didnāt want to provide cash so they called the general manager back and she stated that their system is old so they can only accept tap to pay, but they cannot give you your money back with tap to pay, and that I could use any physical credit card to get my money back and neither one of the employees Shanika Or Miss Hall stated that they was insisting on me using one card while this whole interaction was going on with Miss Hale Shanika. The other employee kept making Smart with marks under her voice about God, help her and me trying to make things harder than what it is unfortunately I didnāt have a physical card so I had to leave the store in the general manager that was on the phone stated she will be in the store at 1 PM so I waited until 1:35 PM to go return two of the three sets at this point Because I didnāt want to have anything to do with them, but the last set was for my mom and she already had it so when I got there, Shanika laughed very loudly as I walked past her while I was on the phone with my mother, and when I went to the register, the general manager was really nice and trying to have a conversation when Shanika was still in the back, making a smart remarks and comments after I return the clothes as I was walking out Shanika continue to make smart remarks and thatās when I stated she was too old and miserable to be working at rainbows with a attitude like that and when I walk to my car, I turned around and she was standing in the door with her fist balled up, so I waved at her from my car and she stuck up her middle finger This rainbows is so unprofessional, and I will probably never stop at a rainbow again in my life. The manager "India" didn't " supply any kind of dressing room, made us change in front of all people in the corner .š¤š¤ Really?? She was racist & horrible..
