Every time I come for a to go order I have to wait an absurd amount of time for my food and most of the time my order is incorrect. Tonight, no different. I ordered an 8 pc spicy meal and added two extra large sides. I waited at the speaker for at least 5 minutes prior to anyone greeting me. I finally said “hellooo” and someone responded to please give them a moment bc they just received a big order and there were only 3 of them working. No problem. I make my order. I get to the window to pay and the three of them are staring at the order screen and trying to see who’s paid what and why two tickets behind mine were cashed out. The young man proceeds to ask me if I’ve paid, I told him I had not. I pay them the lady comes to the window and says it will be a 4 minute wait on the spicy chicken.. no problem I pulled up as they asked. 25 minutes later she brings me food to the truck and states my order “8 piece mild” I was just ready to go so I didn’t say anything. I check my order and I also have a Large side missing. I tell her about the chicken and side missing and she goes back in… it has been another 30 minutes and I’m still here waiting for my food. Finally she comes back out and states that her cook never dropped the mild chicken. I told her again it’s spicy that I want and she says that’s what she meant and offered some jalapeños instead or to wait for some spicy to drop. I asked her to please just bring me my side so I can go. She then comes out with my side and extra side. I will say hag she was very friendly and apologetic. But this is absolutely absurd. EVERYTIME I have ordered here there has been a problem. Management needs to get it together! I could have dined in somewhere had I known it would take an hour for my drive...
Read moreWent through the drive thru which was backed up to the street hoping to buy a chicken sandwich, and the man said the waiting time was around 30 minutes. I asked about the tenders and he told me 30 minutes. I asked what was in the restaurant that wouldn't take an eternity, he said the chicken nuggets. I don't normally care for chicken nuggets but since I was short on time, I ordered them, along with honey mustard sauce, honey, fries, and a drink.
I parked where he told me to wait, and within a few minutes someone came with my drink, but no food. I found that weird, since the ice would melt before I got my food. Around 30 minutes later, someone came with the rest of my meal, I asked for another drink and she told me it would take 5 minutes, so I just drove home.
When I opened the bag, I found that there wasn't any chicken nuggets, but tenders, which is probably why the wait took 30 minutes. There was also no sauce, no honey, and the fries and tenders were soggy and flavorless. I used the rest of my honey mustard dipping sauce, and the rest of my leftover KFC honey packets, which reminded me that I need to go by KFC again and get some more honey packets, so thanks Popeyes, you just gave your competitor more business.

Read moreI really do think that you all should get some workers that have some type of customer service. I came through through the drive-through ask for the three-piece for five dollars. Asked if I could have wings. He said no. If that was a rule, I understand, but it was the way he told me, and then he cut me off and asked me classic or spicy in a very rude manner. I was through the drive-through around 3:15 PM on today the 21st of September. I will never go to this location again not because of the rules because of the bad customer service. And I mind you I went to Popeyes earlier and got the same dinner, and they gave me three wings. And whoever that was, they were very nice I asked and they said sure, and that was it. Now I don’t know if they broke the rules or not, but the customer service was good, but that was at another Popeyes in downtown Montgomery. So at this location, I won’t go back not because of the food, but because of bad customer service. Customer service will get you Less customers. So important to have customer service.
