Instead of turning me away (which would have been totally understandable!), she welcomed me with the warmest smile and made it her mission to find me the perfect dress.

And find it she did! She was incredibly attentive, helped me pick out the dress, did my first fitting, and even worked overtime to make sure it was ready in time. Seriously, she's a superhero! We had a couple more fittings, and she was such a perfectionist – making tiny tweaks until the dress fit like a dream. I literally cried when I saw how beautiful I looked in it! (It was my first wedding, so it was a pretty emotional moment!)
