UPDATE: I took off 3 stars. Shoppers are no longer permitted to use the bathroom. As a disabled person, this will not do. The two women that were there (1 sitting between the registers & 1 standing) had ugly attitudes & were not friendly. Because of this, I will not be going back.

Old review: Cute store, so many different items. If you are looking for a gift for anyone this is a great place to go. In addition to a nice selection of Hallmark cards they have seasonal decor, home decor & potpourri, candles, nice wax & oil scents, purses (Vera Bradley, etc.) & clothing (boutique style), nice jewelry (Brighton, etc.) & other "knick-knacks." They also have a small refrigerated section of Godiva chocolates which are delicious and reasonably priced. They have a back section with clearance items. A small dressing room. And the ladies that work here or very very nice. They also play Christian music and just the overall feel of the store is wonderful. I really enjoy going here. They have a bathroom that's fitting for a handicapped person. They also have a ramp & two handicap parking spots right...

Overall - its one of the best Hallmark stores I've been to. I give it a 5/5.

Selection (ornaments) - 5/5 - its good for most items. Due to covid, it may be more difficult to find some items in stock. The store is very unique with decorations, clothes, jewelry, chocolates, etc. It's a neat store, especially around the holidays to visit.

Service - 5/5 Fantastic. Very kind individuals. They also serve you drinks at time such as apple cider, etc. Very friendly individuals in a relaxed environment. They also help you find items if you cannot find it there.

Location - 2/5 - its not the best center anymore as it looks ran down on the outside but it's still near a major store (academy). Though the surrounding area doesn't feel as safe as it once did (twenty years back). The center needs to be redone (a lot of pot holes with bad streets) with the roads repaved and lights added throughout the area (its dark here and some people appear to sleep here overnight). Sometimes, it appears storage containers...

I will say first off that the store does have nice items to purchase. BUT I will also add that if you do not look a certain way I.E. dressed up and preppy looking, you will be treated a different way. When we entered the store we were greeted but it was with a half hearted welcome to Accents. Now all the other women that entered afterwards were all glammed up. They were greeted with much more oomph than my mother and I. The woman working was talking to them and helping them out. She did not try to help us at all when we entered. Not only that but when she walked by she was steadily watching us as if we were going to steal an item from the store. Her eyes were constantly on us the entire time she walked by. I will say there were a lot of items in there that I liked. But I will not spend my money where I am looked at and treated like I am below another person because I am not dressed a...
