I had borrowed a Porter Cable Framing gun from a friend of mine and it failed while I was using it. Texas Tool Traders provided excellent service and a quick turn around. I am back to my construction project and feel I can return the gun to my buddy with a clear conscious.

In addition I took the time to walk through the store, felt like a "kid in a candy store"! If they don't have the tool you need on the shelf...

I went into this location looking for some guidance and got more than what I asked for! Walter Barillas helped guide me to the products I needed, and when we got into territory that wasn't under his purview, he used his personal cell to call a plumber he knew to try and get me an answer. I have used TTT since the 80’s. But it wasn’t until Ronnie Warner took over in Conroe that I really wanted to look around for “what else I might need” instead of going to a box store. It’s all about service, remembering a name, and pointing out the latest great tool. Ronnie & Walter are on top of their game and the store’s growth! Nuff said
