Making the decision to put your child into daycare in the world we are living in is terrifying! You hear absolute horror stories that some families have experienced with their children in daycare. Prior to coming to the Learning center, my son came to work with me daily. I began to get concerned that he was missing out on the interaction of children his own age. My husband and I observed that our son was shy around other children and adults. We began discussing daycare as a possibility. We decided that we would tour a few places and trust our intuition. My momma heart knew that I would find everything wrong with each facility and we would resume our normal schedule of coming to work with Mommy but we still decided to do the tours. Our first scheduled tour was at The Learning Experience, only a few weeks after they opened. Absolutely hands down one of the best decisions we’ve made for our son. Ali (the owner) was our guide and answered every single question we had. He gave us a breakdown of the curriculum, showed us the classrooms etc. I knew THAT day that this would be the new path we were choosing. Ali was so good with our very timid (at the time) Isaac. Now, we feel more like family than customers. The admins, Ms Melissa and Ms Crystal are the BEST! They ALWAYS have a smile on their face and are ready to greet parents and the little ones. The lunch served here is MUCH healthier than most daycare facilities offer. The stem learning is phenomenal! That activities, the summer program… everything is great! Of course, there have been a few minor bumps in the road on occasion but issues are always promptly addressed and tended to. We have watched our little Isaac bloom and blossom since first starting at The Learning Experience. The once very timid little boy is now a chatter box. He loves his teachers, his friends, Mr Ali and Ms Melissa. We are very thankful to have taken the tour and will be here as long as we can. I came in yesterday for the 3rd time inquiring about my child attending and was told she’s still on a waiting list since 06/05/2024 it’s been almost a year.This is my 3rd time following up so I just decided to just leave her at the daycare she’s already at.Not saying the staff I spoke to was rude but they were definitely nonchalant about my inquiry .I just gave up at this point.So not rating the daycare but the handling of the sign up process .I first came when they literally were just opening ….Im not sure if they just don’t want my child attending or what but it’s concerning.

Update The manager states they only take 2 NCI students per class which is still not an excuse because I have proof from a parent her child gets nci and she just enrolled them 7 weeks ago i been on the waiting list for months so their definitely discriminating against my child or the fact she gets nci which its shameful because I have an excellent job working for the government and i have my own company-she just gets nci because her father is a disabled police officer hurt on duty so you never should judge i will be filing a complaint against this center i dont even wish for my child to attend here anymore i just want them to treat...

So far, so good! This is my son’s first time in daycare, and he is happy when he comes home! I am a former infant teacher, toddler teacher, 3’s teacher, and administrative assistant that worked at a five star naecy accredited facility and I also have my degree in Family and Consumer Sciences with a concentration in Family Relations and Child Development.

So I know my stuff when it comes to daycare centers, and this one has really met my expectations! It’s clean, my son is met with love every morning, and I can tell he loves going here! The enrollment process was easy, and there is always someone available to answer your questions. The only concern I had was at the end of the day when he got picked up he just had some dried snot on his face, so my only critique would be to send him home looking clean. But we love TLE of Conroe and are very thankful that they treat us and our son like family. We are new to this area and we are so thankful to have found a facility that we can trust with our angel. It’s not easy trusting others with your child.
