The asst. manager Lynda Eddy needs to take some classes on customer service!! Her PERSONAL opinion on something should never be a factor in handling a Customer’s situation. I will never return to this branch again! Nor will I recommend this branch to my family or friends. Her uppity attitude definitely made me want to rethink my decision to bank with Woodforest at all. If she would like to give her PERSONAL advice then maybe she should know the entire situation before she forms her opinion about a customer! After leaving this branch in tears I called customer service And they handled my situation very respectfully and professionally. I really appreciate them realizing that this mistake was theirs from the beginning and they took responsibility for it and handled it properly. They Apologized for any inconvenience this caused me and thanked me for being a customer. The exact way she should have instead of treating me like I was a piece of dirt on...
Read moreIf I could give negative 0 stars I would. The assistant manager Lynda Eddy needs to take customer service lessons or get another job and stop trying to tell people how to deposit their money into their account. This person has horrible customer service I will be reporting her to corporate. I had a different perspective of this bank since my teller initially was very nice and helpful when I opened my account. This is my first time banking with woodorest and I have never encountered unprofessional and frivolous behavior like that from any other bank in the world. She needs to get fired or quit because she must hate her job, be crazy, or she's just be plainly miserable to behave that way towards people. She's rude and behaves like she's better than everyone else, she has no manners and acts like a know it all. The banks should have mental screenings to make sure crazy people aren't handling the...
Read moreI spent years as a loyal banker with Woodforest National Bank. I cancelled my account due to mail getting sent to previous addresses after I changed my address with them. I had disowned family members, friends and random people who rented the same house reading my mail. This mistake of theirs cost me hundreds because the employees did not care enough to take pride in their work. It became apparent they hire based on looks and connections. I was even offered a job here after I became well known. In this particular location I asked for money out of my savings account. I took out about $300 for a vet bill. Not once did I ask for my savings account to be closed because I intended to put more into this account with my next check. The inexperienced teenager who helped me closed my account and this stupidity made me never return to this location. Please stop hiring pretty boys with no...
