Incredibly incompetent employees with really terrible customer service. We ordered tiny nacho tacos, 2 regularly tacos and a medium fry. They initially mixed up our order and gave us 2 chicken sandwiches and no tiny nacho tacos. When my husband went in to get the correct order the manager was very rude and insulted him by outright calling him a liar and gave him an attitude about the order THEY messed up and snached the bag from him and rolled her eyes. the worst part is the order was STILL WRONG! We ordered and paid for the fully loaded ones and recieved the plain ones and one had nothing at all inside of it. There was no cheese....anywhere ...for nacho tacos I think it's implied there should be cheese. Then the manager had the audacity to snap at my husband and say I don't know why you're upset I made you a fresh order as if she was doing him some sort of favor by remaking the order but had they not messed up our order in the first place he wouldn't have had to go back. He asked for the phone number for the manager above her and she refused saying they aren't allowed to give it out and referred him to taking the survey on...

The night crew (10pm-3am time frame) has always had some kind of excuse that made me reconsider completing my drive-thru order. Excuse varies from not having any fountain drink -which is a blatant lie considering Iāve witnessed their workers fill up cups for the customers inside the lobby-, not having the ingredient to make the order, and not being able to take cards and/or not having enough change for bills. This consistent lack of customer service has made me a loyal customer to other competitors. Franchise owner should re-evaluate their night crew and seek out better employeeās who will actually work their shift instead of coming up with excuses. The food at the location on n loop 336 by the Walmart super center has had horrible food for the last year at least. During a previous visit I asked for large root beer and I was told they didn't have any fountain drinks so then I asked for a large tea & I was told "I didn't have tea either" I ask the lady, what do you have to drink and she said there was nothing to drink in the restaurant, I said I find that hard to believe but OK, The lady that brought my food to me said I don't know why she keeps telling everybody that....our fountain drinks behind the counter are broke but the ones in the lobby work I'll go get you a root beer. It is the manager that told me there was nothing to drink and the girl that brought me my root beer no longer works there, go figure!!
