Went to the boost mobile on Jones rd. In between a crawfish wholesale place Anda 76 gas station o nly to find out the guy from that store ripped me off with a phone , went back the same day to return it and he caught an attitude with me finally gave me my money back , then a friend recommended this boost mobile as soon as I walked in there my man CASH was very attentive ,responded every question I asked then hooked me up with a better new phone ,he stayed an hour extra after they were closed to make sure my new phone was up and running, I seriously recommend this place the have the best prices and work with you no matter what you budget is ,will definitely be going back, ask for thank...

If I could give negative Infinite star, I would. They are never open at their regular hours; 10am-8pm is a lie. It's 4pm-8pm. When I called the office a guy answered and he sounded like he just woke up, said there was an emergency that requires them to open late, but they always open late regardless. They main guy is never there. They scam you & refuse to help you with any information. They are rude, selfish, greedy people that talk to you like you're an idiot. I drove to a different store to get the help I needed. I left AT&T because boost is cheaper, but cheaper is worse with these people at this store. NEVER GO HERE...

I came to this store tonight for a screen protector for my Moto g pure and the man who helped me with cleaning and installing my new totally awesome screen protector couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. An excellent gentleman to talk smartphones and cases and screen protectors with. Wonderful conversationalist understanding and super helpful. I will continue to come to this Boost Mobile Store from now on. A soilid 12 out of 12 .
