If I could give 0 stars I would! I was hoping for a relaxing experience. Iāve been a loyal customer at this salon for the past 8 years, but sadly, I wonāt be returning. I stopped going in December and finally came back today, only to find out that my favorite nail techs Amanda and Tina are gone ā I was so disappointed. The salon is now under new management, and the new owner was extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable during my visit.
The only reason Iām giving 2 stars is because of Lily. She was the only bright spot in my experience ā she was warm, friendly, and gave me one of the best pedicures Iāve ever had while keeping me comfortable and chatting with me the whole time.
Meanwhile, the other employees who werenāt working all gathered in the back, talking loudly and staring at me. Every time I looked up, they were literally watching and laughing, which made me feel completely out of place. To top it all off, the manager or owner commented on the āintegrityā of my toenails and claimed I had an ingrown toenail ā before even looking at my feet! I was so confused and honestly a bit offended.
If it werenāt for Lily, I wouldāve walked out. I donāt recommend this place anymore ā the new management has completely changed the vibe...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreClean, updated, and so friendly! NEW MANAGEMENT! I was impressed with their brand new beautiful pedicure chairs. Lovely new decor inside. Everything is clean and organized. The manager Lynn is very sweet and welcoming. Lily was my pedicure technician and she took her time and was focused on giving me a great experience. It was a lovely foot/leg massage and nail cleaning/clipping. I went at 6pm for a pedicure and it was quiet and relaxing. They will give you a drink also. Prices are moderate for pedicures at $30/35/40. They also do basic facials $40 for 40minutes. Mention my review or the New Customer flyer for 10% off! Edit to add: I went again and had a facial! I appreciated the emphasis on pressure points and flow, equally with cleansing and moisturizing. Wow, great neck and arm massage as well!...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time there....I wasn't to happy...I asked why she did not scrub the dead skin off the bottom of my feet and her reply was.."Its $7 more"...also my flip flops were put on my feet before she even painted my toes, I almost messed up the polish. Finally when she did paint my toes, the pedicurist grabbed my arm and rushed me out of the chair while paint was still wet. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!....Next time I go back I will ask for a different pedicurist. A spa pedicure should consist of a scrubbing of dead skin off the bottom of feet and also NO ONE should ever feel RUSHED when paint is drying....there were several seats in the establishment unused and very FEW people in the establishment at the time...... TIPS is To Ensure Proper Service...if you want a TIP from me Then do your JOB like you...
