
I chose this company based on all the 5 star reviews. I needed tint and an amp installed. I scheduled an appointment at 1130a and was told over the phone that it would take 3 hours to complete everything, and then I was told it would take 4 hours to complete everything when I was at the shop. No worries at that point as I wanted them to get it right. In the end, I didn't leave the shop until 440p. Still no problem there, even though I had to seek out updates and inquire about the delay myself without an employee proactively keeping me updated once we passed the 4 hour threshold. When the work was completed, I was pleased with the tint and amp installation and the pricing. My issue with them is that I had to drive back up there (35 min one way) 4 days later because they had not properly reinstalled my backdoor panel. The automatic door lock function wasn't engaged or working on the door anymore because the panel they disassembled for the amp installation wasn't properly reinstalled after the amp installation. When I attempted to lock the door with any door lock function only 3 doors locked/unlocked because they removed the driver side backdoor panel during installation and didnt properly put it back on. The backdoor didn't register any auto lock function from the driver door panel or the key remote. It had to be manually locked by reaching into the back seat to push the lock in or out. I had been driving for four days thinking my car was locked and secured and only 3 doors were. I expected an apology at the very least for the mishap and extreme inconvenience, but none were given. Just a short explanation that the door panel was loose... so... in other words... not reinstalled correctly??? I just didn't appreciate being up there for so long during my appointment and having to come back for something that should have been done right the first time especially when they had all that extra time to get it done right the first time. Too soon to review the tint installation. It looks really good but it does have a few bubbles. It still needs time to cure.
Update: 1 month later there are still bubbles. Went to get it repaired, and the employees there that time were friendly, informative, and fast. Unfortunately, some windows will need to be redone for a 3rd time because of excessive, unattractive bubbling. The pic shows bubbling in quarter window.

And after lowering the window and with todays heat not in the 90’s but it was hot weather temp in mid 80’s, It felt a little hot inside but not as hot as with out the tint. The heat used to feel like a sauna in my car with the old clear tint. Made a huge difference! Got the 30 front do not want to get stopped lol, limo tint on the back window the passenger and driver back windows don’t seem as the back window…Not sure why… but it’s ok to be honest all I really wanted was the windows tinted and prevent the sun from damaging my leather seats which when I purchased the Car is 2015 they were super nice and taken care of and would like to keep them that way!! Thank you guys Jose thank YOU. You did do my front windshield and I love it sun does not feel so scorching when driving in traffic during the peak hours of a beaming sun! 👍👍 guys and the wait was a little long they did have to remove the old tint as well. The wait!! Lol it was comfortable couch with Netflix just like being at home watching Netflix! And relaxing. Truly recommend this place. And let me not forget the friendly and courteous employees. Read moreCool then, but then again not so. Had a few cars done, never any issues, jobs done as quoted, but after today's experience may have to find other options. I had already had come by some time ago where assessment was done where may have to replace a part that was showing signs of falure. Finally did the day before. Had spoken to them before, where we even spoke of options and even gave me quote for the job. Today I thought would be a good time, to get it done, but didn't happen. Walked in and another employee mentioned that my job may take few hours to get done so they they couldn't do it today. ( I Can't say i didn't give them a chance. Funny, didn't have to rewire, just replace defective old part. Had same part go bad a few years back and didn't even take an hour.) The senior tech noted to come again tomorrow, and just to be sure had them reach out to the boss. They then informed me sorry we have jobs scheduled that were not even scheduled. Well maybe another day. I guess they don't take walk in anymore. Even quotes changed from one person to the next. I guess my sister may be right after all.
