I came in here last night with a friend to look at the glassware. I looked in multiple cases, including very closely at the Rick and Morty pieces, but couldn’t find a price tag. The original salesman who “helped” us (after we had been waiting about 5-10 minutes, he was doing something in the back), said that he was unable to answer any questions regarding glassware product. The second salesman’s attitude dropped dramatically from being high energy with the previous customers to being low energy, even very cool and dismissive, perhaps because my friend and I have very short hair, possibly because we look like a “lesbian” stereotype. My friend asked for the price point on a specific piece and was told $110. Fair enough, it was too much and we left. We found that same piece for $35 online. Even considering shipping costs, that is an insanely high markup. Considering the lack of price tags on anything (once again, I used the time while waiting for the salespeople to look at any potential pieces I wanted to buy with my next paycheck), I guess they really could have charged us anything and we wouldn’t have known. Original Post: Thought I’d try a new vape and asked what the guy in the store recommended. He recommended the square esco bar so that’s what I got. Guy had to run to the back while we were checking out because the card machine wasn’t working and took a while to set it back up but that was fine. The next day the vape is charging fine, light is turning on while charging and blinking when taken off the charger and everything. However, whenever I try to hit it nothing happens. No light on, no smoke, not even a crackle or pop that it might be doing a little something. No refund, no exchanges, no compromises, not even an apology.

On the front door before you walk in it says “lowest prices guaranteed” so I had good hopes for the place. After about 5-10 of waiting for service I was expressed with poor attitude. I asked for pricing on something I’ve bought in many different stores and it was 40-50% higher than anywhere else I’d been.
