KFC — Restaurant in Overland

Another, you and i pay for it review: Its always interesting when a person like you or i reaches the point of doing a review because we are prompted to, due to, or lack thereof service. We can plainly see the other reviews have even went to the extent to post pictures...not because of the service being soooo good either. 2 thumbs up to the local guide that took pictures of the place with their review, most of the other "local guides" I have to reprove as "FAKE REVIEWS", how does anyone give 5 stars without at least spending the time to type a sentence why? Most of the reviews everyone gave was very acurate: food overcooked, horrible service, and the best part of the local guide's review, about the employees reading their scripted lines. This is aparently the normal type of service and food to expect. Why even write the details...sad to say, ANYONE can see after 665 reviews you should do something about it.---you and I pay for it because after all these complaints.....someone may hint to corp KFC about them. I believe you have to have a certain customer criteria of resolutions for bad service if reported to the corporate office, lets see if the service improves before I post the site for you and i to start the process. If KFC cannot resolve their internal issues over this period of time, the next step is revealing to the public so another franchaise agreement can be made. When you initially walk into this location you can smell the sewage coming from the disgusting restroom The staff can smell it mixed with spoiled chicken in the areas the cooks prepare the chicken the chicken is sometimes overcooked on the outside yet I'm done in the center the pot pies are as well it's too lengthy to explain how they make pot pies but it comes from old chicken they have and prepared with hands that never get washed covered by gloves that are never changed then you will be approached by an unprofessional rude staff and unsanitary dining area bathroom and kitchen area they are rude to customers of all ages including the elderly serving food that is inconsistent in appearance that I wouldn't serve to a dog they are beyond disrespectful and are to be blessed with employment their conversations graphic language and cursing loudly is as inappropriate as their as their appearances as a former employee it was a disgrace to my beliefs so I excused myself boycott this restaurant it needs to be shutdown until the sewer issues are addressed the food quality improves along with professionalism and management No one washes their hands that works there They are all addicts more concerned with getting high while on the clock and taking days off. Went thru drive thru & ordered 2 filler up boxes. I was told to go park in a Handicap parking spot, which I didn't feel comfortable doing. (Not Legal) They will bring out your food. It was about 5 min.Girl knocked on my window and asked what I ordered. She yelled to the other girl that is my food. No Organization. They could of Wrote the parking spot or color of vehicle on the ticket. I got home discovered the chocolate cookies in both meals were missing! No receipt given?? Wonder why??? Look up their phone number on Page by Ashby. I called them up & they can put my name on a list in a book and next time come in we can get cookies & a side item for the inconvenience.( I guess this happens alot if they have a Log Book of Names). I told her would like to come pick up now. Close at 10:00. It was 9:35. Drove back up door was locked. Car in drive thru. Went thru drive thru line & explain to girl, ok pull around. She Open the window and said here, stuck bag at me. No Apologizes, No I'm Sorry. I was told on the phone I would get a side, for the inconvenience. She said We are Closing!
