Cool Times Ice Cream Trucks — Restaurant in Overland

They forgot about my reservation 2 years in a row! After they forgot about my daughters' birthday party last year, they did still arrive later and everyone loved the ice cream. So I decided to book again this year. They reassured me that was a one time mistake and made extra notes to make sure it did not happen again this year. Yet I was still spending time during the party wondering where they were making phone calls, to find out they "dropped" my reservation..again. I thought it had a to be a joke, how could they forget 2 years in a row? Not sure what else I needed to do. I spoke with a nice lady and gave all the info and answered all the questions 2 months in advance and assumed that would be fine. I guess I should have called to confirm the week of..just didn't think I needed to. They ended up calling a separate ice cream truck company to come out - and they did. Again after spending time on the phone and letting guests and kids know it was still coming. I received no call back later to make sure it worked out or anything to compensate being forgotten 2...

Excellent from start to finish; a great little family run business!

We booked Cool Times very last minute for a work event and they were a dream to work with. I had a phone call back from my online inquiry by the end of that same day, everyone was pleasant, informative and so polite. Specifically, I believe we worked with Elizabeth and Barbara.

The booking process was so simple, and the payment options were even simpler which is great for a large organization like ours! The driver showed up a few minutes early to get set-up, called when he arrived and was so nice to us and our colleagues which made their experience a great one (we did not get his name but he was wonderful!).

We will definitely be keeping Cool Times in mind for Housekeeping Week again next year! Thank you all so much for making our colleagues' day; you all are a rare gem...

My granddaughter and I were out for a walk last night and the ice cream truck happen to come by. I decided it was a good night to have dessert before dinner, so we each got some ice cream. I would not normally leave a review for something like this, however, I noticed how professional the gentleman was. The "ice cream man" was very polite, well spoken, and very helpful. He explained that there were no additional costs in our prices which I would not expect from one usually. He also offered assistance while I was paying with my card, as I was having difficulty only having 2 hands. I dont know his name, but because of his over-all great customer service, I will be making more purchases this season. I will, also, let my neighbors know what a good company this is. Thanks...
