I went here with my son, mother, and grandmother to look at clothes for my baby boy. When i found an item, we saw that it was on sale but it didnt have the sales price so my grandmother asked an employee working the infant section what the price was and she gave us $5.40. When we went to go check out the cashier gave us a very disrespectful look and had the attitude that she didnt want to be there. My mother works for Kohls at the culpeper location as a supervisor and she wanted to pay for it because they have a discount going on for their employees this weekend. When the cashier rang up the item it came out at $9.00 for the sales price. So like anyone else would do, we told her that the lady working the infant section scanned it and it came out to be $5.40. She proceeded to give an attitude and let us know that she was bothered by her body language and asked over the radio how much the item was. Then when my mother asked her if she gave us the employee discount she ignored her first and when she aked again she didnt even know when the event began when the paper was even in front of her with the date. Seriously....If youre an employee you should know eveything about your job. Not only was she disrespectful but so was this couple behind us that proceeded to give rude comments and looks. So once she was done with our items and gave us our discount she didnt even say anything after and instead ignored us and looked relieved to be done with us. Then my mom wanted to check with one last employee on the scanner to make sure the price was right and this lady proceeded to roll her eyes until she could see her spine and took a while to check the items price. Read moreKohls ruined my Christmas shopping. I will never shop with them again. Their customer service barely speaks English and they screwed me over leaving me to dispute everything with my bank. Bought a camera as one of their door busters for black Friday. They charged me for the camera but it never shipped. After two weeks I contact their customer service and they tell me I have to wait three weeks (so a week from then). I wait three weeks and they tell me to wait a few more days. This whole time I am worried that the present for my daughter will not show up and I won't have the money to get something else. So they keep kicking it down the line until they admit that the item isn't going to be shipped and that they will give me a refund. At this point I have to borrow money from a relative so my daughter can have a Christmas. A week after Christmas they refund me $50 (camera was $300). I contact them again, they give me the run around again. I tell them I am done with them and contact my bank. I have copies of all chat logs with them and forward them to my bank. My bank takes care of everything. If you have to deal with Kohls always do chat logs so you have a copy of their words because they will lie to you over and over again. Read moreI am not a fan of shopping retail stores. I buy every thing online so when I had to go to retail stores today to shop for my wedding I wasn't thrilled. I had specific colors in mind and they were no where to be found. Kohls was the last stop on the list after about 10 other stores. At that point I was frustrated and tired. Well we found the color shirt for the men that we needed for the wedding but not the right sizes. A manager named Mary was called over to help us see if we could find them at another store because online was sold out in the size as well. She called store after store and after 45 minutes of her time she found them! I am so greatful for this amazing manager for going above and beyond, I have never had anything like that happen. I can't thank her enough for all of her help and being committed to finding the perfect shirts we needed!
