It would be nice if the store was more organized and if the employees weren’t so rude. Why is it so difficult to receive good customer service? Our cashier was friendly but I was shocked that she had no shame nor care to whip her phone out and check her social media while we were paying. Anywho after we finished paying we head over to Starbucks and we get rung up by two baristas and they don’t greet me or acknowledge me until I said hi. I asked for a refresher and they were out. No problem i get something else. I ordered 2 venti salted caramel cold brew iced coffees with two shots of espresso. I was going to order a cake pop when the cashier rushed and totaled my order and instructed me to pay. I don’t know why she was rushing me and not letting me complete my order. Not a big deal, but what bothered me was that these two employees kept looking at me and kept saying something about me to each other. Well turns out I did not get my shots of espresso and I was charged extra for no reason. I definitely will not be returning to this location due to these customers terrible attitude...

This store needs help. I went during a saints game so it was pretty dead- which in my opinion means people would be cleaning and organizing but I shopped next to a large group of employees gossiping and straight up saying "I wish I wasn't here" while doing nothing. No less than 8 employees. For no less than the entire 15 minutes I spent browsing sales racks. Everything was a mess. Every section I visited was problematic. Low stock, poorly stocked, mis-marked items. I passed two literal messes in the beauty section. I don't normally write bad reviews but this management team needs to pick up the slack. It was...

I actually always find what I need here, but don't expect much from the staff. They are usually unfriendly (not rude, just unfriendly), and just moments ago (I am writing this from the store) I heard an associate take a phone call from a customer looking for binoculars. She literally said "Binoculars? Just a minute...", set the phone down, continued what she was doing in the clothing section and then picked the phone up a moment later and said "No, we don't have those." And guess what I found in the sporting goods aisle just now? You guessed...
