The bleach blonde nail lady was just so rude and ghetto towards me. I've been a bit ill lately and was starting to get a headache from the fumes so I asked a gentleman that worked there for a mask and he was about to give it to me. The bleach blonde told him something in Vietnamese and then he came over to me and told me that it would be $2 to get one. I've been to plenty of nail salons and if ever I feel I'm a getting a bit sensitive to the fumes, it's never been a charge to get a mask. Mind you, I'm about to pay to get gel removed, a full set and French tips. I felt insulted by the $2 charge of the mask so I asked him to remove the foil because I was leaving. He said it would be $3 which was fine. He sent the blonde over to remove the gel polish but my nails are sensitive and she was being a bit rough. I asked her to be careful. She replied "How am I supposed to be careful if I'm trying to scrape it off?" I told her that she could get it off without hurting me. She replied that she wasn't hurting me. I then asked her if she could feel for me...she ignored me. She scrubbed gentler and was like well that's all that's coming off and was getting ready to send me on my way. I told her that I paid for removal. She insisted that it wont come off unless I let her scrape it or rewrap them. I told her that I would sit while she rewrapped them. She replied "well sit there boo." In the nastiest, ghetto tone. No respect at all for paying customers and I gave her no reason to speak to me in that tone. I didn't even reply to her because 1st of all she's not worth my breath and secondly, my head was pounding. They sent a different girl to do the rest of the removal. I guess they are used to servicing people who are o.k. with being spoken to in that manner but I will never return. Ghetto...
