This actually should be a negative 5 (-5)! However, this system doesn't allow me to express my true star rating. The store is very disorganized, all items are poorly labeled & the don't understand how to use a UPC system. Managers are not trained in the art of customers service. The assistant manager doesn't have a problem wasting your time nor is she good at providing a solution that would inspire customers to return & purchase additional products. We we're in the store to return one item & purchase 3 additional items. She could not find the item on our recipe for some odd reason. To make matters worst she recognized us & was the manager who "handled" our initial transaction weeks ago. She first claimed we didn't purchase the item - which we made it clear it was purchased & the rang up the purchases - the she states, "I didn't bag your item". [Scooby-Doo noise head to the side, right...here]. Uuuh, we surely did bag them! Everyone, knows that store credits is what happens when one doesn't have a receipt for items you clearly sell in you establishment. Apparently, she couldn't get her head wrapped around that concept - wasting my time! Then, she calls the store manager. The 1st thing he says is, "I have two problems". Then my significant other solved both problems with one statement, "we don't want cash". Problem solved - "Store Credit" - K & G management failed figure it out. This was an inconvenience to all the customers waiting as the line grew longer. The sad part was we were spending more than the value of the return. Read moreO.K., so I boughtba pair of Easter shoe's for my grandson. When we got home we realized the shoes in the box were two different sizes. It was late on Sunday so we went back yesterday to exchange them for two the same size. We had to wait in that long ass line again and when we finally got up to the counter the attendant went in the stock room and found two of the same size of the exact same shoe's that we bought in the first place and she said they would cost two more dollars. I inspected the shoe's and even held them side by side with the shoe's we were bringing back and it was the exact same shoe's. I asked why would they cost more if it's the same shoe's and she said because there new and I responded by saying I did'nt know you sell used shoe's. She said the shoe's I brought back were out on the shelf and the ones I was exchanging them for came from the stock room, but they were still the exact same shoe's so that explanation makes absolutely no sense. Two dollars is not a lot of money, but it's the princable of the thing. And then the attendant got an attitude and started slamming the shoe's in tbe boxes because I was questioning why they cost more if there the same shoe. I will not be shopping there again and I would'nt recommend anyone to shop...
Read moreMy experience was horrible lower management assisted my with my first return and just so happen to be there for the second. I spent an hour exchanging merchandize that some how didn't didn't appear on my new receipt. Mind you the same person is assisting and she claims not to remember anything from the first return/exchanges for sizes only!!!
My return was for a store credit (because the shirt had a a hole because the seam was undone) not cash and the same person had the audacity to act as though she could not assist me. On the merry go round again same person different issue was frustrating!!
"Ma'am I and here to spend my MONEY so gon take responsibility for you mishap and fix the problem you cause and exchange my items"!
I even spent more money with this girl. I definitely learned a lesson a lesson today about where to spend my money.
