The pharmacist here was extremely disrespectful and discriminated against me for being a neurodivergent person. The initial person I spoke to told me there was a problem with my medication. When asking for clarification, they said they would grab the pharmacist. The pharmacist, Wan, got on the speaker and was immediately combative, accusing me of arguing with them. I told her I wasn't trying to argue by any means I just wanted clarification because I didn't understand. She told me that it's the law and she didn't know what I didn't understand, they are closing soon (it was 20 minutes til close) and that I just needed to stop arguing. She continuously cut me off, not allowing space for me to obtain the clarification I was seaking. She treated me like an irate, irrational person when I genuinely was just trying to understand the situation. I spoke to her respectfully the entire time despite her ridiculing me. I finally asked to speak with her supervisor. The manager came to the window and was not helpful. I explained the situation. I told the manager at that point understanding why I couldn't get my medication was not my concern. My concern was the way the pharmacist treated me, as if it was drug-seeking behavior instead of someone just trying to pick up their regularly prescribed medication. The manager was still speaking over me, not listening to me. I asked how I could file a formal complaint against the pharmacist. The manager told me they were busy and to just to go to their website. I asked for the pharmacist name and the manager initially told me it was on the door of the store. I asked her if she wanted me to drive to the front of the store to find out. She hesitantly tells me the pharmacist name was Wan. I have no idea if that is correct since it seems like she didn't want to tell me. It feels like a very clear cut case of discrimination of a neurodivergent person. I wasn't an unreasonable angry person. I was genuinely trying to understand the situation. It felt very much like she was accusing me of drugs seeking behavior. I've had countless issues with this pharmacy but nothing like this. I've never had anyone treated me...

I have visited this store twice and every time, I have never had an issue with finding items and checking out. The staff is friendly and the store is organized and not cluttered. One thing I discovered is that back near the photo processing center, the store discounts a lot of electronic accessories such as phone cases, USB drives and cables and the pricing is incredible. Make sure you also look out for items with red tags, these are usually close outs and you can find a lot of good deals. For a drug store, they do carry frozen and refrigerated foods like eggs, bacon, and frozen dinners. They also have a made for TV section with stuff that was advertised on TV without the exorbitant pricing. If you need to use the restroom, you need to flag one of the staff. There is plenty of parking. Strangely, the store is sitting on a large lot and if you enter from Larch Way, there is all this empty space that is not painted or designated as parking. This Walgreens also has a drive thru...

EDIT: Just thought I'd update to say that the pharmacy is still absolutely horrible. Getting prescriptions is never easy. Also remember to check to be sure everything is there before you leave, because they regularly forgot one or two if you have more than that. I, unfortunately, have no choice and have to get my meds from here. If you DO have a choice, though, use that to go literally anywhere else.

The Pharmacy is hot garbage. Was told my prescriptions would be ready by 11am yesterday. Today, roommate went to pick them up for me, and was told they wouldn't be ready until 2:30 (2hrs after the time someone was there to get them). Website said they were already ready for pickup. They don't answer the phone, either. Far from the first issue I've had with them, this sort of thing happens constantly.

The store itself has some employees who overshare, as well. Had a gal at checkout telling me her boyfriend was sending her naughty messages and it just had her flustered. I don't need...
