Taco Time NW — Restaurant in Mill Creek

I went to Taco Time last month in Everett the food was so good. Before that visit, it had been 30 years since a visit. I visited Martha Lake Taco Time and spent $49.00 on the worst tasteless, dry, cold and seemed spoiled food. There was only one car parked in the parking lot and no vehicles in the drive thru. It's a red flag for me. But the family and I were hungry and didn't want to drive to another Taco Time. The food - I ordered nachos. It was dry, hard and seemed to have been warmed up in the microwave. The hard shell taco's were tasteless, cold and had a glob is cheese. The soft burrito's at first bite I had to do a double take becuase the taste was just awful, nasty and the tortilla's were cold and hard expecially at the ends. The crispy chicken burrito taste spoiled, cold and not even hot sauce made it taste better. The crispy beef burrito's were the only tasty item. Even the medium hot sauce was schetchy. I asked for four, opened two, one was was dry and the other had more liquid. I had bought all items beef expect for one chicken burrito. The meat... oh was horrible very dry, tasteless and seemed more like soy meat then actually ground beef. We still have left over nachos, 3 tacos, one burrito which all ended up in the garbage. Never again will I eat at this Taco Time.......

Came here on March 3rd. Around 5pm. 4 girls sitting in the kitchen.. Gossiping like no tomorrow. You could hear it in the background as we had our order being taken in the drive thur. We pull up girl was rude at the window. And the whole time we waited for our food we just heard the 4 girls spilling 'juicey gossip'.... There words, not mine.... Talking meanly about there fellow girl coworkers.... They left the drive thru window open for our entertainment..... Ha... Ha.... Ha....... Ugh.... Anyways..... Food was not portioned right. We ordered Pinto soft bean burritos... And beef tacos...... Both super small!!!!! The bean burritos being waaayy too small. Like taco bell small if not smaller.... And the tortillas were hard. We have eaten at other Taco Times and I have never seen this... Ever....:( I have worked in customer service and the resturant industry for yeaaarrss.... Those girls need a lesson in it.... And need to be retrained on portion sizes.... I know for a fact if corporate was to come in and measure the food we got, it would NOT pass. We paid over $24 for good portions... Not cheap Taco Bell ones....... Sad to say this resturant needs to get...

Been to this location a few times and usually it’s pretty good fast, friendly, and good soft tacos. However went there today and the whole interaction was just negative the girl at the register just seemed short with us, no smile, no greeting just took the order and walked away. I completely understand that we all have bad days but being someone who’s worked in customer service for 5 plus years I get a little agitated when I see employees behave so aggressively. When our food was ready she dropped the bad on the table we were waiting at and walked back. I honestly can’t believe that no eye contact no thank you nothing. Not to mention when we finally got home and opened our food there were black charcoal specks all over and the food wasn’t even hot. I’m sorry but no excuses I can say I’ve never treated a customer that way ever. Overall the experience was just down right rude when the customer has to be the one to say thank you and have a nice day and all you get back is an eye...
