I wanted to personally reach out to you on behalf of Monica Cato and the maintenance team. I have lived in about 4 different apartments in my lifetime and have seen the worst of the worst when it comes to property managers and maintenance not only first hand, but from neighbors who were experiencing the same issues. When we moved into Martha Lake Townhomes, we are filled with questions and were on a deadline to move fairly quickly because our last apartment nearby had issues with break ins and they had no solution for residents and offered lease breaks to those affected. Monica answered every question and was there for us while we signed everything in one day and didn't have to deal with the hassle of trying to get in touch with her. Frankly, that is never an issue. Whether it be weekday or weekend, when I reach out, she is sure to pick up return my call or text almost instantly. When we had 2 issues here at our home, the maintenance team would be here within 15 minutes and would be kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I was so use to submitting a Maintenace ticket, waiting a few days even if it was serious, then have someone come just to say they need to go order a part. That is not the case with Martha Lake Townhomes. They would be here instantly, confirm and diagnose the issue and solve it. I would recommend Martha Lake Townhomes to anyone in the market for a place...

I absolutely LOVE this place! I have lived here for almost a year and it's been a wonderful experience! I credit this to Monica, our property manager, the maintenance crew and the beautiful home I live in.

From the minute I contacted Monica about a townhome on this property, she has been nothing but AMAZING!!! She is one of the few property managers I've lived under that responds immediately to communication, is kind, thoughtful, honest, holds tenants accountable to rules (thank goodness as I've lived in places where anything goes) and is one of the sweetest people I know. She loves this property and truly cares about the tenants that live here and this shows in her thoughts and actions.

I honestly love how Monica manages this property and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND living here! It's a fantastic place to call home and you won't be disappointed in what Marth Lake Townhomes...

This place deserves an Oscar a Grammy and an Emmy for their food. All the accolades. I came in after a really long day at work and I needed a taco the youngster at the front desk who looks to only be 15 didn't too well know how to take my order, but immediately an older man jumped in got what I needed down ASAP and made my order quickly as well. As soon as I bit into it, my day was made. It was exactly what I wanted out of a taco, all the spices accenting with the onions in the cilantro and the tortilla perfectly. I have a couple other Taco joints I like but I definitely will only be coming here when I'm anywhere near 164th for my tacos from now on. Flawless victory for these guys.
