The place itself is a nice place to live but oh my if you have a maintenence issue beware. We have had an issue with our dishwasher since Oct of 2022 and have put in work orders after work orders. Even after water sitting or spilling on to the floor messing up numerous towels and maintenance closing out the orders saying the issue is fixed when it's not. Finally on May 20th of 2025 we finally get another dishwasher and when I asked if anything can be compensated for rent due to mold, towels destroyed, cleaning water off the floor, the disgusting smell its caused, making numerous work orders, each maintenance blaming the last maintenance I was denied any type of compensation. I called corporate office but haven't heard back from them either. I will continue to reach out until I hear from someone because this is not customer service.
