I stop by this mobile home complex today while jogging near my neighborhood, as I'm standing catching my breath near the front of the neighborhood the leasing manager by the name of Maribel Ramirez Pulled up on the side of me in a van with another man and asked me "what am I doing in her neighborhood she does not like just anyone roaming around" while blowing smoke out the window at me. I was very surprised and disgusted by her racial comment towards me but I did not know how to react being that I didn't know her or the driver of the vehicle. I have lived in this area for years and I've never been talk to you in such away that I felt as if I did something wrong or as if I did not belong.
