Subway — Restaurant in Conway

I normally don't do these reviews however one is needed after seeing the lies right before my eyes. I was in the restaurant the day the cops were called for those two Spanish ladies and there kids. The Spanish ladies where being very nasty and rude to the two females behind the counter. One white and one was Spanish can you believe that. She was trying to use a scam coupon and Courtney was trying very hard to explain it to her. Judith the Spanish employee stepped in and was also trying to assist. These two ladies got nasty and started being very rude started acting like they wanted to fight over a 5 dollar footlong hahaha. It's amazing how some people who can't afford subway would act. The kids where jumping all over the new equipment grabbing straws throwing them on the ground. The parents said nothing to them. I observed the white female go to the back I presume to call the police. The cops responded very quickly as expected when someone is threatening your life over a sandwich. Who knows what a crazy person like this could do. So please tell the truth ladies or do the world a favor eat somewhere you can afford maybe Taco Bell or steak and shake. Please stop being nasty over your coupons people this could be your son or daughter working in these...

On 8/28/2024 I ordered three 12", I ordered online and I said I would pick them up at 6:40pm and I arrived at 6:50 and they still didn't have them made, so I called my son who was leaving at 6 to let him know that I would be late to pick it up because they had not placed my order yet, then the woman called Sabiana, oh something like that, started yelling at me and running out of the establishment and telling me that she would give me my refund, I don't know why she was so angry when I was in My reason for bothering me is because for some reason they have online orders, if she is not qualified to do customer service I don't know what she is doing working in a place like that, so next time I will take her out of the store if she comes back to me. to scream like that... The store is very clean and upbeat with personable employees. I have stopped going to subways due to several bad experiences in the past. First visit in over a year and it was absolutely wonderful. Marcos and Christian were amazing, friendly and worked together in perfect unison. I chatted with them and they managed to multitask and keep the line flowing. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Simply due to the fact of the quality staff that they keep and efficiency of the quality of food that they keep flowing!
