Huff N Puff — Local services in Conway

I used to shop here exclusively, but I will no longer be going back. I still gave them 3 stars cause for the most part they’re good. However, I went there looking for a silicon medium size beaker or other similar smallish bubbler type. I end up being sold on this one that looks cool. So I trust the judgement of her and how “it’s a name brand is why the $ is what it is” as with most things so I wasn’t concerned.

I get home and decide to go to the website of the brand name company. I got excited, there on the front was a pic of what I got! I clicked on it to see any reviews and I discovered it’s not what I was led to believe. It was actually a dab rig that was supposed to have a little poker thing with it that fits into a little hole on the back (I wondered why that hole was there).

Not only was my device sold to me was not for the use I was led to believe, they didn’t even give me the other little poker piece. Also, it was $20 cheaper on the website, which made me kind of angry. So I know some of you have good experiences and I have before, but recently it’s been more bad than good and I think I will just no longer be giving them my business. I wanna support local business but getting ripped off...

I had a really disappointing experience during my most recent visit. The staff member working when I arrived was on the phone, didn’t acknowledge me, and responded to my questions with a rude and condescending tone. Every time I tried to speak, I was met with eye rolls and dismissive behavior, which made me feel completely disrespected as a paying customer.

I’ve been coming here for a long time and never had an issue until now, but this interaction was unacceptable. I left the store immediately and, to my surprise, the employee even followed me outside to continue the confrontation.

I ended up going to Smoke O's, where the prices were better, the customer service was excellent, and I was treated with kindness and professionalism. Damien, in particular, was incredibly helpful and friendly.

I’m not the only one who’s had problems here, and I believe it’s important for others to be aware. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I won’t be returning and would recommend checking out other shops in the area that value...

Bought a $100 box mod that did not work 20 min later drove 18 mile 3X to get replacement and was refused. store will not take back or call you back. will not give a receipt only through e-mail. disputed through credit card and was denied.
