I am on the board for a nonprofit that recently hosted a networking event at The Max in Conway, Arkansas, and I truly can't recommend this venue enough. From the moment we began planning, the staff was incredibly helpful, responsive, and committed to making our event a success. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful — a modern, state-of-the-art space that offers both style and functionality. It created the perfect atmosphere for connection, collaboration, and celebration. Guest were constantly commenting on how impressed they were with the space! Whether you're planning a networking event, celebration, wedding, or corporate gathering, The Max in Conway is a phenomenal choice. Their team makes the planning process easy, and the setting speaks for itself. I'm so grateful we got to use this venue — it helped make our event not just successful, but memorable.

This venue is absolutely gorgeous and was perfect for my friends bridal shower. Faye and John made the experience 10/10. Even not living close to the venue, Faye FaceTimed me and we planned the perfect event together. John helped us put together a slideshow of the brides engagement photos and music to listen to during our event. On top of that, the venue was so clean and modern and has an accessible kitchen where we put together all of our dishes for the shower. Would recommend this to anyone for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, work events and more!!

The Max Event Venue in downtown Conway was the perfect place for my husband’s retirement party! It is a gorgeous space with a “wow” factor from the minute you walk in. The Max had all the amenities we needed, from a warming oven to Margarita glasses. Owner Pete Tanguay and his employee Sydney were professional and fun to work with and had great suggestions that made our party even better! We can’t stop talking about how wonderful the afternoon was and what great memories we made!

We recently hosted my daughter's Sweet 16 birthday party at The Max, and it exceeded our every expectation. From the moment we stepped in the venue, we were impressed by the sophisticated ambience and impeccable decor. Pete was an absolute pleasure to work with. His professionalism and attention to detail made the planning process effortless and stress free.
