Just ok. I mostly shop for clothes and sometimes I can find things and sometimes I can't. The rest of the store seems fairly organized, although the other reviewer was right about there being empty shelves, especially in the bedding section. Um, and Ms. Wang wants HOW MUCH for a set of sheets? She's ridiculous. Sale prices on her sheets are MORE THAN the regular price for the better sheets at Target (yes, I have both and I will never buy Vera Wang sheets again, they wrinkle horribly!). Bras are standard sizes so if you wear larger, go to the boutique store on the square in Covington or up in Snellville. Men's section is ok, but they are usually out of the standard 36 and 38 size pants. Women's plus section is always, always, always a mess. Disorganized, multiple brands and styles on the same rack, can never find the brand that's on sale, etc. Not to mention how small that section actually is when you take out the maternity clothes that have found there way over there (rude) and the huge racks of clearance items. I try to help by moving any size 6's back over to the changing room rack, but I doubt that really does any good. Clothing brands all fit differently and huge differences between one size and the next. I couldn't find any basic, black pants today. They seem to have a love affair with the Lee brand pants (tapered and straight legs, ugh), as well as that awful "Amanda" style that claim to fit everyone yet really, truly don't. I can't wear jeggings to work (nor would I) and don't need fancy black Chaps dress pants and there are no more options. In the past, I've purchased some ponte knit pants there which have held up fairly well, but would like a couple extra pair and they are now nowhere to be found. Sales associates seem helpful when asked, but they do stand around and talk a lot and loudly. Managers standing around talking about who is on shift for Thanksgiving/Black Friday? Should probably talk about that in the...
Read moreVisited Conyers location on 10/16 to prepare for colder weather. Went specifically for Isotoner gloves and something to keep my head warm. Two registers were open with three employees at checkout. One employee had an earpiece and directing customers to the two checkout counters. After the inconsiderate lady ahead of me held the line up while the person with her was told by "miss don't care about other people" to go to the car and get some change because she didn't want to change a fifty, the man with the earpiece opens another register and announces for the now growing line of 5 plus people, "register four is open". At this point I left the items I was going to purchase on an empty counter and departed the store " for good. Why not I can help the next person in line or "sir I can take you over here" since you were the one who told me that I could wait in line where you directed me in the first place. Certainly, you didn't expect the customers behind me to continue waiting as I had patiently done so. That lady in my opinion should have been asked to pay or move on rather than allowed to inconvenience your other customers. She knew what she was doing in her attempt to save a few cents. I was about to offer to pay her balance until she pulled out the fifty thus showing it wasn't due to not having the money but because she didn't want to spend it. I don't plan to patronize your...
Read moreIt's a nice clean beautiful store until you get over to the plus size Department and it's a complete disaster and it's nothing but frumpy ugly shirts ugly dresses and basically just an ugly selection of clothes for plus size women. There are no nice khaki pants for dress casual there are no nice dress casual shirts and if they have one they're very few and far between or they're not your size. And when you finally find a pair of pants that are decent that you like they're either not your size or they don't have pockets or both. Oh yeah and don't even get me started on the Levi's ad campaign with the girl sitting there with the lime green striped shirt and the blue jeans. She looks all frumpy and looksserable and does not look happy to be sitting there and all they're doing is showing off...
