I had a horrible experience with having a custom painting framed here. When I went in, I asked about custom framing for a painting I purchased while traveling abroad. I was assured that the end product will be very professional looking, with glass covering, strong hooks on the back, and will look high end. I wanted something high quality for my home and decided this was the place! I paid $243.96 to have the item framed. This was with a supposed 70% discount on framing. A few weeks later, I picked up the framed picture. When I brought it home, I realized the framing looked like it was done by an amateur. It definitely was not the professional-looking customized frame work that I was promised. The painting was put in the frame lopsided and mis-aligned. It literally liked like a child with no experience did it. The painting has sand around the perimeter in about a 3 inches width and it was not properly aligned when framed. I called the store and they asked me to bring it back in. They told me based on the receipt I didn't pay for glass covering and that I can pay for it now. At this point I didn't really trust them. I took the painting back in, and they offered to re-do it. Re-doing it can damage the painting. They offered me 40% refund. The back of the framed work looks cheaply done, and definitely not worth $243.96. If the person who framed it knew that the job was too complex, he she should not have taken the job and given me a call. I would have happily went elsewhere. This work looks is not worth hundreds of dollars. This is definitely not worth the price and it isn't the high quality work I was promised. I still need to take this somewhere to get it fixed. I could have paid a college kid $50 to do this kind of work and it would have been better done. If you have a large painting that needs framing, I do not recommend that you trust this place with your artwork. I cannot believe they even thought the final product was acceptable to give to me the customer after paying...

This was my first time visiting or purchasing from Michaels. I actually was not familiar with Michaels. I found an item online after Christmas 2021 at a very reasonable price and I purchased several of them. Upon arriving to the store to pick it up, my items were not available. They were very busy and was unable to gather them. The representatives we're courteous and nice and provided many helpful ideas to assist me. I contacted a higher ranking representative with Michaels. Before getting to a higher ranking manager, I spoke to two different representatives who told me No and assured me nothing would change. They were nice too but I wasn't happy with the answer I received. But because I know my God, I insisted to speak with a third person. Long story short, I have the items I wanted at the price I wanted it for. The representative went above and beyond and I thank God for her persistence and her dedication to assist me. She reached out to me to provide updates and I thank you. Thanks to all that assisted me and I pray for everyone to receive their blessings from God in Jesus name. This Michael’s is well put together and neat. After the many times I have been, I still am amazed at the selection they stock here. Everything from art supplies, holiday decor, picture frames, and even some off knick knacks. They offer most things in different price ranges and brands; from easily accessible to professional level supplies. With that, things can be a bit on the pricey end for some stuff.

Most of the time, there seems to be a Sabel going on that covers a good bit of the store that can range from 20-40% off to even BOGO deals.

The customer service here is also top notch, with store assistants walking through the store stocking and more than willing to assist you in what you are looking for. The register clerks are also very nice and informative.

While checking out, the clerk noticed our items and commented that we should stop by for their Sunday events. She definitely went above and beyond with taking time out of her day to inform us of her stores services.
