My hair is type 4, almost waist length. At my first visit, I was detangled by Alicia with a fine tooth comb. My scalp was sore the next day. That was my first red flag.

Then I had to wait 5 WEEKS for a shampoo when I was supposed to come in every 3 weeks because she had no appointments available. I have a scalp condition so this made it worse. At the appointment, my scalp was not cleansed or massaged at all. She let the shampoo sit and then she rinsed. Now, less than 24 hrs after my appt, I am flaking like crazy and out of $95. The only thing she said was that I could bring my own shampoo when I come back in 3 weeks. Never offered to get me in sooner so now I have to find someone else. I can’t walk around looking like this. I’ve managed my scalp well for over 20 years but even people without a scalp condition need a thorough shampoo. Very disappointed.
