The food was good. I think all take out experiences could be better. The order conversation was rushed the man that took my order didn't ask for a name or number.
When I reached the restaurant there were people standing around waiting for takeout in a small foryer. My order was incorrect and items were missing. This was corrected however it took 3 interactions with the greeters. I walked into and out the restaurant 3x's. For one too many people waiting and also to recheck my bag for lost items.
I'm all about the customer experience especially when I have a big ticket order. They may have been short staffed because the greeters were then waiting on tables but missed several opportunities to greet new customers. 4 different staff members past by before they asked if I was being helped.
Again all about the customer service experience. The dine in area was not crowded but seemed to have the staff's attention (just an observation, I didn't dine in).
Overall the food was decent. I ordered the chicken nachos which were lacking cheese and chips, the chimichangas were okay my rice was a little on the dry side. My husbands chicken and shrimp fajitas were good (according to him) even though I was the order they incorrectly added beef to. The greeter changed the order apologized and provided me with a larger plater.
So over all I give it a 3.5 stars
I'll review the dine in experience one day. But for now...
Read moreI usually do not do google reviews but after my experience here and their current rating I wonder if the reviews were a set up by people they know. My husband and I wnated mexican food as we both LOOOVE mexican food. Based off the reviews we decided to try here. Its a small little place not really busy which was nice, there were maybe 6 tabels of people there us included. Drinks and chips and salsa were very quick to come out. We ordered cheese dip aks queso which was disgisting. It tasted as if it was prepackaged processed stuff like you get out of a can like the movie theater uses. The salsa was AMAZING. We both got fajitas. Somehow about 3 minutes after the food came we finally got the tortillas for them and the weird thing is 1 of us got flour 1 of us got corn and they just put them on 1 plate and set it down on the edge of the tabel. The flour were good and nice and soft. The corn was gross and i love corn tortillas it was hard around the edges as if it sat out for a couple days and they tasted as if they were just thrown in the microwave to be warmed up. Neither of us really ate our food because we were very disappointed. We didnt even want to bring the leftovers home, which turned out to be a good thing as I ended up with food poisoning after. Our waitress was friendly but we hardly saw her for a place that wasnt so busy. Husband and i agreed we will never...
Read moreThe staff is very unprofessional. The son, Junior allowed me to make reservations on 11/30 via phone. He stated my staff and I could be seated in the back area at 3:30 p.m. on 12/17. When we arrived we were told that they could not honor our reservation. The father, who I am told is the owner, refused to even seat us any where in the restaurant. He told me that we could go to a near by restaurant that could accommodate us on a Friday. I am so glad we took his advice. The staff at the next restaurant accommodated us immediately and provided top notch service. They were quick and professional. I usually patron at Los Bravos and I am very disappointed in their service. I will NEVER step foot back in that restaurant again. I went Monday on 12/13 to inquire about music and appetizers and I was never told that I could not make reservations on a Friday. I was never told I had to pay to rent out the room. I was never told any of this until we arrived and the full party was there to witness as he pushed away. They were awful and I do not believe they were being honest about our reservations. They just did not communicate and were not on the same page as father and son and we had to deal with the outcome of that. ...
