Fieldstone Jewelry & Pawn — Local services in Conyers

Last month I brought in three quality white gold peices. Now the guy assisting me was very likeable. The lady owner was acting like my pieces were not worth anything and she stated that she was going to just melt down the gold because the pieces weren't resalable and behold I stopped by the same shop with additional white gold jewelry and she stated that she would only give me $150 for my jewelry. The last pieces of jewelry I bought were in the jewelry case with a mark up 4x what was paid. Customer service from owner really stinks and she acts as if no one knows the jewelry worth. I will never refer this pawn shop to anyone.

To the person who said they are racist that is not true. I am an Asian American and have gone here since I was 18 years old. Lisa, Mike, and Clay are very respectful and always greet me. I went in yesterday to do a transfer and you can tell how appreciative they are for your business. As a matter of fact, they personally tell you that before you leave! The last way I would describe these kind people would be RACIST. I have now personally met and have done business with each of them. Everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful.
