Duncan's Clothing — Local services in Cookeville

Went in there and got no greetings just stares from the worker. Didn't ask if I needed help or anything, but a couple came in after me (which so happened one of them were Asian relation) and they got the same no greeting as me. When a family came in as the race of the worker she greeted them and helped them shopped the whole time. As I was paying she told me I needed to sign my card because it wasn't authorized(I've been here before and was never told I need to sign my card) so I just say okay and sign because I need the shirts I'm buying. As she hands me a receipt she tells me I need to sign the name of who's ever card I paid with( which she just watched me sign). Good clothes but...

Just left the store. I walked in, obviously looking for pants as I'm wearing shorts in 47 degree weather. Not a word was said to me the entire time I was inside by either employee, but they seemed fine talking to each other. I wandered around the store looking for my size jeans (46×32) and could not find it for 10 minutes as their stock is completely disorganized. Finally I did find some 46s in the back, but 38 length (what?). But since I could not find the dressing rooms as I don't frequent the store I just put them back and walked out. Was hoping for at least a friendly goodbye, but nope not a word....

Absolutely the worst customer service in Cookeville. Once they get your money you will never get service again. No exchanges no returns. Manager wouldn't even walk out and talk to me. Cashier was just forced to tell me no nothing we can do. Wasn't asking for my money back or even full credit just some credit to get my son new jeans these were just to big. Didn't offer partial credit or anything. With all the businesses that take care of there customers you should never walk in this place. 65 dollars for 2 pair of jeans that my son can't wear. Go anywhere else in...
