Traded in my phone for the new iPhone 17, I also wanted to trade in my apple watch and get a new one, was told the new watch would be free with my new plan and extra $30 per month for the phone and pay around $157 the day of. The lady assisting me input the wrong information which took over 2 hours to fix and get my phone and watch and actually had to pay $204.45 in store. Now, I got a monthly bill of $408 from our original bill that was under $300/month. Spent over 1 hour on the phone with the 833-Verizon to fix my bill because my account is all messed up since she kept adding and removing lines from my account, did not apply the promotion (per the phone rep) the problem is still not resolved and the 833-Verizon rep is still working on it and will be calling me back. Very displeased with this location.

Issues would be corrected then a few days later everything would not only revert back but then add additional items. Anyway, I finally decided to speak to someone face to face. I walked into the store in Coolage and met Lillian. She listened, she emphasized, she dove straight into my account and found sooo many things I didnt even know of. Lillian was able to get my account where it was supposed to be until 4 days later when the exact same thing happened. Unfortunately, I was flying out that day for 2 weeks... upon return I go to the store again and Lillian once again just dives right in. Talk about customer service.
