I write a good bit of reviews. I go to a lot of places, I meet a lot of people, including service workers. Fatima in the Starbucks was by far the kindest, most amazing person I have ever met. I want to be her friend, that is how nice she was.
My boyfriend and I came in to get some sheets for our new apartment. We found what we needed but after we checked out we decided to stop at the in store Starbucks.
I have worked at Target AND Starbucks AND a Starbucks in Target. It is a rough job. I have a weird drink order. I know how annoying it is to get them. I told her my order and she was so nice. She and I had a super lovely conversation and she was so so so kind. She was like that with everyone whose order she took. She was quick, she was friendly, and not only was she BY HERSELF in that Starbucks, but she gave individual attention to everyone that came in, like she knew every single person. I already knew that Target doesn’t allow tips for their workers including Starbucks, but I still tried. That is how GOOD Fatima is.

Read moreOrdered for store pick up. I was unaware of 48 hour policy because previously staff hold items for me for an extra day because I travel for work. No warning, no emails. My items were returned to their shelves. I called customer service and said store manager will put it “all together” (my on line order they returned to shelves) for me and should be ready by Wednesday for pick up. Again no emails, no warning. I got there today only 2 items were found and no one bothered to call or email me to save me the trip. Store manager didn’t care. I’m a single mom too that’s why I order online for store pickup and save $$ on delivery charge. I guess I’d rather pay extra then if customer service will be this super bad. Read moreRead whole review--- Target usually has nice staff, good selection and relatively short lines. On 10/2/2016 I went to the Northtown target and purchased a few dinner items. One of the being Kraft Shells & Cheese w/ 2% Milk. While cooking dinner the same evening, I opened the cheese sauce to see that the cheese and oil have separated. The expiration date on this package was May 13th 2016. This means that target didn't go through these items for almost 5 months! 5 months- that's horrible. I have reached out to kraft and target. The mgr I spoke to was very nice and offered a refund or store credit of some sort and also assured me that she was going to be going to the shelves to check on the matter.
